Hello, My name is Joel Wheaton. I started this company because I believed there was a better, healthier and safer way to professionally clean and maintain the flooring and furnishings in peoples homes & businesses. I can now say we have achieved this. At Greener Method we do not use harsh chemicals. We only use environmentally safe & non-​toxic products.

I started out in this industry working for one of the large companies in town most you have heard of and we did a great job cleaning peoples carpets and so on. But at what cost? The chemicals that the company had me use were petroleum derived and contained carcinogens. This was bad for everyone, including myself who was exposed to these on a daily basis. A lot of people dismiss harsh cleaning chemicals because they don’t see an immediate negative side effect or symptom, but the long term effect can be disease causing or fatal. From my family to yours I can now say that will have nothing to do with these chemicals and use only the finest products to clean your home or business.
