When delivery was «attempted» on Saturday, 11÷15÷14, the business (in this case, my work) was in fact open. All three buildings were open, with people here. Now, today, FedEx was just here delivering packages and mine were not delivered. I’ve never had this problem with UPS, or the postal service. It only increases my discontent with FedEx, as there is always an issue. I will, from now on, request alternate delivery services when ordering from online vendors.
In a nutshell, get it together. Please. Horrible customer service as well.
