Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

I got my hair done with Bri at the ulta salon and I left so so happy! She knows curly hair so well and she is so sweet and fun! The experience at this ulta is like no other, such great customer service! Love Sharon at the brow bar too! She is so great at what she does and you can tell she loves it. I will always come here for beauty supply needs and for all hair care! Love the Pacifica brand here too! Five stars is not enough, thanks guys!

This post is about the store location in general– i bought a item they have been out of stock and they said i would recieve it the next friday when they got there order in, paid for it and everything, still have the raincheck slip and receipt… IT HAS NOW BEEN FOUR MONTHS AND I STILL NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RECIEVE THE PRODUCT. Employees including managers just shake there shoulders and say try again next time. Worst customer service i have ever recieved

Met Heather while I was shopping last week at Ulta and decided to give her a try with hair… she did an absolutely amazing job!!! The highlights and color are just what I wanted. Everyone in the store is so nice and helpful. I will be back again and again! Thank you.

I am sooooo HAPPY with my salon service! I usually go to a salon accross town but haven’t been able to get into see my normal stylist sooooo I used the online booking and got an appointment with Bree who did an AMAZING job!!! I will be back for sure.

don’t go to the salon the management is the worst. my daughter went to get hair color by Heather and the color was done technicality bad when we went back to have it fixed they put manic panic on my daughters hair to fix it when i picked her up I questioned the management on the bad job and was laughed at, was told to bad. called corporate and still not fixing her hair. this is the worst place, they have went thru 4 or 5 managers in a saloon as they can not keep employees. Heather shame on you for doing such a crappy job on my kid and shame on you for having bad training. don’t bother complaining as we were told Heather and the DM (District Manager) are good friends so you won’t get any help from higher up. good luck people if you value your hair and hard earned money don’t go to this location their service sucks. I will never enter another Ulta for any products or services again I hope my review will save someone from such crappy service and bad hair!!!

Kat is a brow GENIUS! I honestly never imagined my brows looking anything like they do and I owe it all to her skill and technique. I have been seeing her for almost a year and look forward to every appointment I have.

Due to where I was and time etc I stopped in at this location instead of the Novi location. I’m slightly disappointed.
The store itself is as great as any other Ulta and the products were all available and easy to find etc — but the staff is just not the same. I had an appointment at noon and didn’t get service until almost 12:30. While I was standing waiting, I saw one woman say hello to those entering; but she was standing extremely far away from the door so people would just look curiously to see where that voice came from, then go on about their way. Did not see a single person approach a customer upon entry.
There were 4 staffers near where I was standing, just talking, when a customer came up to ask about a mascara. The customer’s specific question was answered and there was nothing rude about the interaction, but the staffers just went back to talking. None of them offered to help the customer find the specific mascara or expand on her question (or even use it as an opportunity to try and sell her something more).
All in all — if you need something and you’re near by, you’ll be able to get what you need and it won’t be terrible — but if you have a little extra time or have a question or need service, Id recommend going to the Novi location instead. Much better overall experience.
