Attorney Nachbar has been practicing law and representing clients of all types for the past 20 years. Mr. Nachbar has been handling Bankruptcy throughout his career, along with handling personal injury clients, representing people before numerous Municipal courts and assisting persons in the Superior Court in complex litigation throughout the state. In 2003, he began devoting most of his practice to assisting persons in financial hardship as a Partner in a Bankruptcy Law Firm. Since 2003, Mr. Nachbar has handled over 500 bankruptcy cases, and handles Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11. Mr. Nachbar has been a member of the Bankruptcy Inns of Court and was the Program Chair for the Consumer Division for three (3) years where wrote, taught and guided students through a 6 month program about Consumer Bankruptcy.
