Don’t ever order from this company! I work for a stationer and we’ve had more than one occurrence where we’ve placed an order and asked for the shipment to arrive at a certain time with no response. Things often arrive delayed, wrong, or not at all. It’s very frustrating and hard to get a hold of someone. They don’t ever confirm an order or follow-​up with a notifications or tracking. If something is unavailable they don’t inform you of that either. Horrible business practices filled with incompetent staff.

We are a dealer and have used Soho Paper with varying results since 2010, but lately their service has become ridiculously bad.
I placed an order on Nov 26^th requesting 3day shipping. The credit card transaction was run on Nov 28^th and I received an email late in the day that they didn’t know what item was ordered. Clearly a lie; how can you charge the card if you don’t know the amount?
I was told the order was in process for shipment on Dec 1^st and delivery to me on Dec 4^th. When the items didn’t arrive on the 4^th, I phoned and was told that they had been too busy with the holidays and couldn’t get to all of the orders. Another lie: you weren’t too busy to calculate the total and charge my card, so how were you too busy to place the order through to the warehouse?
Lola promised that she would personally have the order completed and shipped overnight for delivery today, Dec 5^th. However, when we checked after our usual delivery came (with nothing from them) the UPS tracking shows that the package was never even given to a driver, and was never en route to us. The order wasn’t shipped on the 4^th as promised and not even shipped on the 5^th! At the earliest, my order will arrive on the 9^th. Outrageous!

Very aggravated with customer service at Soho Paper right now. I placed an order 6 days ago and have been awaiting a shipment confirmation of my order. I called today to check on the status to be informed that my order was on hold because 1 of the 4 items in my order was backordered. Are you KIDDING ME? As a common courtesy I should have been informed as soon as my order was placed that one item would ship at a later date and my other items would ship right away as they were in stock. The order process is a nightmare. This is not the only time I have had an issue with my orders.

Nice stuff, but um… where on the website do they say you must be a DEALER to buy from them? Ohhh a «Dealers» link located on the BOTTOM of the website? Gotcha. I had to call and listen to the screaming lady over the phone to figure that out.
And no shopping cart? What is this site for then?!
