Frigidaire customer service allowed me to purchase a two year warranty after my warranty had run out, and I had just developed a problem with the freezer door closing. Between Frigidaire and the dealership, Les’ Appliance, I feel like I received excellent customer service and saved me from getting a huge repair bill.

We have a Frigidaire wall oven which we purchased in December of 2012 and have had nothing but problems. We have had servicemen come three times and still cannot use this piece of garbage. Our latest is the oven cannot be used. We need a new computer and door lock. The cost will be over three hundred dollars. Prior to this we had a Kenmore which lasted over thirty years. We couldn’t get thirty months with Frigidaire. The unit was almost $ 1,100 and so far have/will pay out around $ 500 to get it to light. YOUHAVEBEENFOREWARNEDABOUTTHISINFERIORPRODUCT. Should you purchase one after reading this, you can only blame yourself when you have problems.

We have experienced ongoing problems with our Frigidaire affinity dryer beginning just 3 weeks after it was purchased. We received no support from the store where it was purchased or from Frigidaire because they refuse to cover it for the reason that it is used in our salon. We have had to pay for 3 repairs to the unit and we are waiting to have it repaired again. Keep in mind that we have washed and dried not only towels for work, but at least 3 to 4 loads of personal laundry per week using a Whirlpool dryer at home for 25+ years with no problems. We will never again purchase or recommend a Frigidaire product to anyone. If there was an option to give this company NO star at all, I would have.
