I don’t recommend this company to anyone in Bergen County. The ride to Ridgefield seems to be too long for Eagle, and I’m pretty tired of it too… I was told it would take one day for a hip roof with a very slight pitch, one layer rip out with no plywood damage at all. I was also given a start date for a Friday (which I scheduled and took a day off from work)…It got pushed back to Saturday because, «They were stuck on another job». They failed to order enough shingles because of incorrect measurements made by the owner Eddie, therefore failing to complete the job with plenty of daylight left, but tomorrow is Sunday and all business is closed… THEN, they could not get the color I ordered for at least another week… Leaving me with an unfinished roof and no ventilation because the fan was removed and the ridge vent was not yet placed. We are at this point going through a 90+ degree heat wave and my AC is working double time… THEN… I am being told that he won’t be able to make it for some time EVEN AFTER THE WEEK PASSES AND THE SHINGLES WILL HAVE ARRIVED. HE WOULD HAVE TO SQUEEZE ME IN WITH A POSSIBLE FUTURE JOB… IN, OR NEAR BERGEN COUNTY! Because he is in the south and we are in the north. Eddie has a great sales pitch. «He would do the job the way he would do his own house»…Don’t fall for it. I am still with an incomplete roof 6 days later and still picking up debris with no end in sight.
