Before working with Dennis and his team I had gone through a realtor at a major real estate company –which shall remain unnamed — that claimed to be experienced with short sales. Unfortunately after a year of nothing but rejections from the bank it was obvious that they were not.
Eventually I found out about Elite Agent Realty and gave Dennis a call. Within a week of contacting him he had already found a buyer!
