I’m so glad they built this outlet here! I always had to go to the Berkeley outlet for everything & traffic is even worse out there! This store is super clean & very well organized! Customer service has been great every time I’ve come in & the selection has always been pretty good. Not quite as great as the Berkeley location, but at least the prices are less than MSRP! Parking is a pain in the ass, especially on weekends when the entire place is crowded. But some of the deals here are totally worth it!

Easily the worst customer service ever. The associates are rude and condescending. One member of the party I was with took a jacket up to the register to make sure the price was $ 39.99 as posted. Apparently, the jacket didn’t apply to this promo, even though the whole wall was full of them. The associate rudely ripped the jacket out of her hand when the individual I was with stated it was $ 39.99 and claimed that«customers misplace» things in their store all the time. I’m a retail manager also and I do understand that this happens quite occasionally– with one or two items, not a full wall. 1 star is pretty generous, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen displayed and even that is an understatement. A store is compelled to honor the lowest price shown. Shame on you, North Face.

Worst customer service, ever. I was in there for about 45 minutes on a Friday night(it wasn’t even busy), around 7 employees and not a single greeting«hello» or «how can I help you?». Great prices, good deals. I ended up buying $ 150 worth of stuff. I happily told the guy at the register NOONE helped me and NOONE said hello. He apologized but too late! Just a word of advice to the store managers there, teach your workers manners! I’ll be back for the deals though but now I know how terrible the customer service is and won’t expect much.

Lack of customer service! Wasn’t even greeted when I walked in, and had to wait for a good 10 minutes outside the fitting room for two associates to finish their conversation and open one of the fitting rooms for me.

North Face is awesome and it’s even better when it’s on discount! Maybe it’s because Christmas is coming up or maybe it’s just because it was a weekend, but this place was SUPER crowded. I stopped by midday on Saturday and there were tons of people going in and out. It was sort of a mad house and some racks were almost empty of clothes at all. We got lucky to get the exact jacket we wanted; it was the last one out! I’d say if you want more options, definitely stop by earlier to make sure they don’t run out of what you want! When it came to paying, the line wrapped all the way to the back of the store and we waited for about 20 – 25 minutes until we got to the front. Can’t complain about it though, because they had every register open and even had a separate person taking off the ink tags to minimize your time at the cashier. You really can’t beat the prices at an outlet though. On top of their already lower prices in comparison to the normal stores, they had lots of in store sales too! A jacket that is originally sold for $ 129 went down to $ 50 and gloves that were originally sold for $ 30 went down to $ 5. Skip the retail store and shop at this outlet to save!

No one has reviewed this place yet? Hahaha ok I’ll do it This place is always crowded because the items are reasonably discounted. Besides, their style and colors are pretty much the same season after season, so I’m fine with shopping at the outlets instead of paying for full original price at their regular stores. FYI: outlet items are void of warranty.
