I came in on a Saturday looking to tour to check out the floor plan of the property. A lady by the name of Tess accommodated me to her busy schedule that day. Tess first showed me the B1 floor plan but the 2 bedroom Cottage style takes the cake! The Crossing looked clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this to who is looking for an affordable apartment within the area. I will soon come to a conclusion on where I’d like to dwell. Thanks A million!

I am surprised by these reviews. I have lived here on and off for several years(moved away for school and returned when I landed a great job in the area). I don’t remember the staff from several years ago, but I remember I was not impressed. But I have to say I really like the current manager and staff. They are patient and helpful and seem to really care about what they do(especially Thessa). The maintenance guys(especially Chris) are really conscientious & respectful. Unfortunately, I have noticed that some people come into the office to throw their weight around and make unreasonable requests of the staff. I can’t for the life of me understand why and have to believe they are the type of people who are unhappy no mater what. There is just a lot to like about this place. It was recently redone(my apt. looks great). They added a great gym and re-did the pool since the last time I lived here, which saves me a bundle of money on gym memberships & gas. Anyone who takes the time to complain about the little things is clearly missing the big things, which is sad. Anyway I just figured I would share my experience because these people have been great to us and my neighbor so I will continue to tell everyone to come here.

Well it has taken over 1 month for them to finally plug the gap in the A/C unit which was allowing bugs cigarette smoke and bad weather into our place. Horrible management and lack of follow through. Would leave a no star rating but was not allowed

They are OK. I have lived here for almost a year. Lease almost up, will be moving since they are increasing the rent significantly. I agree that they never answer the phone or return a phone call when you leave a message. You have to physically walk over to the office if you want to speak with someone. I have found that maintenance requests are received and taken care of faster if you make the request online. Neighbors will be neighbors — just like any other apartment complex. I have also received a note on the door for things up on the balcony but it took them a couple weeks to notice =/Pool is freezing, even when it is over 100 degrees. Biggest problem is all the«pincher bugs» and spiders that get in; I guess they don’t spray for bugs much. Besides that, it’s fine. Not worth the rent increase though =(

When my family moved here in 2002, these places were great! Slowly after, about 2007, the place went down… section 8 is allowed here, and they just brought the places down to a great location, to a high priced ghetto. Walls are extremely thin, and we had to call Livermore PD because our neighbors liked to play their music instruments at 2am. We moved about in 2008, and I’ve heard its gone even more down hill since then. :(
