These guys are a bunch of crooks. They sell you hot tubs — stand you up on delivery (my no-​shows were 3 days in a row) then deliver an inferior product that you didn’t buy at the showroom (which is usually a Faiground or empty Circuit City or another empty building).
They blame all of your problems on a «partner» located down in So Cal and refuse to provide any service or remedy for delivery or product issues.
My hot tub lasted a grand total of 15 days before it started to fail. It’s now sitting in the backyard with no water due to a major leak.
I asked them to send out a tech and was told it wasn’t their issue… told me I had to call a tech from Southern Cal. Yeah — he’ll be up REAL soon…
BTW — these guys have a BBB rating of «F», and don’t even respond to BBB complaints. My bad for not checking these guys out first…
Simply put — STAY AWAY — unless you want to throw your money away and go through a nightmare just to enjoy a nice night in a hot tub.
