My boyfriend and daughter are regulars here. They do their «smoothie date» while moms working so when I get the opportunity to tag along I’m always so pleased with how they remember my daughter (even when my boyfriend isn’t with us) and her order «the pink one». They are just the sweetest people and the smoothies are great but most importantly they are great with my daughter!

Extremely friendly owners who will help if you want to modify something for your kids. This place is SO much better than Jamba. I can’t even drink theirs anymore.
They have a great array of dairy and non dairy smoothies, ones sweetened with dates even. Definitely a favorite downtown spot for us!

This is a great place. Love it. They have such refreshing and delicious juices and smoothies. It’s super healthy, good customer service and fast. I’m grateful for a juice bar in Livermore. It’s the real deal.

We stopped by before we went to the movies, and there was no line which was a wonderful surprise. The lady working was very friendly, and made us smile.
She made a few menu recommendations which were very helpful considering this was our first time in the shop. There were a few drinks that contained celery, which is a very powerful-​tasting vegetable. I asked her if she could make a drink without the celery, and she said she would be more than happy to leave celery out of the equation which was nice.
There are a LOT of options here, by the way. The menu is extensive, so there is truly something for everybody including coffee items! And yes, there are many healthy options here.
My husband and I each tried different items. His drink had celery in it and you could really taste it. It was still very delicious and he loved it, but I liked mine better. It had apple and boy, was it tasty. I felt like we were really doing our bodies favors by drinking these healthy, natural beverages. They don’t have any added sugars or extra stuff; it is just all healthy, natural goodness.

Pricing, flavors, and portions are comparable to other smoothie shops (Jamba Juice) & staff was super friendly and nice. I’m a huge fan of their seasonal Almond Milk & Date smoothie… yum yum!
***NOTE: Parking on 1^st street is usually impossible. They have a huge, free, gravel parking lot behind the shops — I recommend you park there.

Decent. Jamba is better if you’re looking for healthy. They put sherbert in every smoothie, which is packed with sugar. Not what I would personally look for in a smoothie. Staff was really nice and service was quick. But need some solid healthy smoothies with all fruit and yogurt and no sherbert.

Hands down the best smoothie ever. Love this place. My favorites are the Hummingbird and the Big Wednesday.

Robeks is a raw smoothie/​juice bar. It’s a bit more expensive than Jamba Juice but has significantly better ingredients. Today I had the Watermelon Mojito which had cantaloupe, watermelon, cucumber, mint, and raw honey. It was pretty good. A little meaty. You know what it reminded me off? Prosciutto-​wrapped melon balls. My mom’s orange juice, which she let me taste, was better.
Robeks is not a place to go if you are on a budget. My juice cost about $ 6.99 for a MEDIUM. But the upside is that they use ingredients that are very good, the drinks are made fresh, and they’re willing to substitute or remove the yogurt/​sorbet.
I do agree that there is a bit of an unwelcoming vibe here. The guy who made the juice just kind of stood in the doorway and stared at us while he waited, and the lady behind the register seemed really nervous/​uncomfortable. Not sure why this is. Maybe they’re shy? They should work on that. Customers like to feel as if you’re happy to see them.

Cashier Nicole could learn from the phrase «service with a smile». Had Mahalo Mango which was tropical tasting and nicely blended.

I love this place! I get a Ever Green at least 3 times a week. The family that owns/​runs it is really sweet too.

Great alternative to Jamba Juice! Love that they do actual healthy juices and smoothies, not ones filled with sorbet! Here’s my secret: I keep a menu at home in an attempt to copy their recipes in my VitaMix!
It’s a bit expensive to come here as often as I would like, but that’s how healthy food tends to be… especially fresh made-​to-​order juices! It’s also very time consuming, not something you can expect to grab and go (again, especially if you’re ordering juices). With all that said, I still continue to come here any time I find myself in downtown Livermore… which is actually quite often. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a healthy, refreshing breakfast/​lunch/​snack. I really want to try their acai bowls next!

Really enjoy this place. Friendly staff!!! Happy to see they use whey protein powder rather than the other crappy isolate protein. 1 down fall is the super dirty and in appetizing Bart look alike chairs. Throw them out.

All around my favorite smoothly joint. The products good, the drinks are delicious. The Dr. Robeks is my favorite. Ive been twice to this location and I have had good customer service and they take pride in making the drinks.

Robeks Juice didn’t impress when it was in the ‘dro (it closed now, probably didn’t impress others too) .
went in here asking for a drink that doesn’t add sugar. was told no sugar is added to any drinks.

–jamba may or not add sugar, the sugar comes in the form of apple/​orange juices, frozen yogurts. just avoid this items/​
–Robeks Juice has this adds too. just avoid them. read the ingredients.

Why can’t I have this on the Peninsula in San Mateo?! Walking in, it reminded me of a small Jamba Juice. BUT what sets this place a part of the other chain is the acai bowls! Would love to try the other two flavors for the bowls. What a delicious treat during a hot day!

Smoothies taste great, they are very healthy unlike Jamba juice and many other places that make very artificial drinks. They taste better too and the people who work there are very friendly. It’s a bit more pricey than most smoothie places but still very affordable and you’re really paying for better quality here.

I love the acai bowls here. I drive out of my way to get them here. They offer the perfect size for me at a great price. I usually get the bowl with no blueberries and add pineapple instead. They alway accommodate my off menu requests and I really appreciate it. See you guys this week again.

This place was so hard to find. When I was visiting from out of state, I had a craving for Acai. I typed it in Unilocal and followed the gps to the location but it was completely off!!! Somehow Unilocal/​googlemaps/​applemaps do not synch up. I spend 30 mins looking for this place and after I found it, (sign was pretty hidden), I ordered my acai and it was too sweet and watery. Not a fan of their type of mixes.

For me, I love raw juice. I don’t like jamba because it’s so artificial. Starbucks smoothies are gross– I like more simple, clean, and organic juices…
So I thought I was going to love this place.
I mean, it’s not that bad– I did like my juice. I got the cucumber/​lemon/​ginger juice and it was refreshing. My boyfriend got a pineapple smoothie and it was even better.
However, I was kind of put off w/​the lack of customer service. We were the only customers in there and no one greeted us, just walked out of the back room and stood at the register staring, waiting for our order. No «Hello» or «Thank you,» nothing. It seemed like there was a family hanging out or something going on in the back room– there were children running around, and ppl not in uniform, etc.
It was very unprofessional. I think it must be a franchise, because it did seem like a family that owned/​worked there. The only saving grace was the teenage daughter, she actually smiled at us, and was in a proper uniform.
I would come here more regularly if they were friendlier, because there is nothing comparable to juices and smoothies this authentic.

Robeks makes a pretty good smoothie in comparison to Jamba Juice, but for me personally, I honestly prefer Jamba Juice. This place is nice when you find yourself downtown on a hot day and there are no other smoothie places around and feel like spending a surprisingly large amount of money on a cold beverage.
But depending on what you get, the result can be worth it. I recommend the Hummingbird.
