Good times. Easy parking, registration and quick pick up. We decided to start with a meal down town to get us ready for all the tastings :) at the Bayou Concannon had a beautiful grounds and a «special tasting» for Trolly riders for $ 5 and a keep sake plastic wine tumbler. Music and families and mix of people. Then on to Wente. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a real glass of wine that was complimentary. We wandered through the grounds and found that most of the rooms were for members only. We were directed to the common tasting room, but were given three free tasting before we bought a bottle that was 10% off for Trolly riders! $ 13 :) We grabbed a comfy table & some food and enjoyed the afternoon with live music. Last stop was Altamont brewery and for $ 6 you can sample 5 – 6 of beers on tap. What a day!

A great experience for sure! This is one of the best ways to get around Livermore wine country without a designated driver. We had a group of 9 and used the wine trolly to hit 3 wineries. We hopped on about Noon and did not get back until 5pm on the last trolly. It was a ton of fun. Some highlight: Andrew is a super fun driver! Music on the trolly(they take requests) The benches and seats have cushions The openness and air flowing through your hair as you drive(one trolly is totally open in the back) Not having to worry about who can drive We went to dinner after we got back which was great with all the restaurants in downtown Livermore. If you purchase online, park across the street from the Bankhead in the lot. The bottom floor in the lot is only 4 hour parking, but level 2 there is no hourly limit. Wristbands are given inside the Bankhead theater

We got to enjoy the first day of the Wine Schuttle, had a great time. First day so they need to work out a few things, but a great idea… safe time wine tasting… just steps away from lots of yummy restaurants when you return. THANKSLIVERMOREWINETROLLEY, we will be back

My boyfriend surprised me with the Livermore Wine Trolley this past weekend for our anniversary. This was the most awesome experience I have had in a while! Annie was our driver and she was so funny and sweet. The trolley picked us up downtown next to the free parking garage(great plan!) and we went to 4 wineries(Wente, Charles R, Darcie Kent, and Garre). Lunch was served at Charles R; you are able to pick your lunch option online when you purchase tickets. The trolley is super cute. The group we were with was awesome: no one got sloppy, everyone was friendly with one another, and all participated in impromptu karaōke on the drive back! I would definitely recommend the Livermore Wine Trolley for any occasion, anniversary, birthday, bachelorette parties, you name it!

We rented the entire trolley the day after our wedding to showcase some of the Livermore Vineyards to our friends and family that were in town. Alissa so awesome in coordinating the wineries we wished to visit, arranging the tastings, and setting up lunch for us. This was probably one of the easiest decisions of our wedding planning process. Annie, our driver, was one time(early actually) picking us up from the Purple Orchid. She was great, welcoming, and concerned about our comfort. Thanks Livermore Wine Trolley.

I rode the trolley with a group of friends last fall and we had a great time! I love that you pay $ 99 and it includes everything. All wine tasting fees(4 stops) and lunch! It was 6 hours long. You don’t have to worry about anything during the day as its all taken care of for you. I suggest gathering some friends/family and going as a group. The trolley is big enough for a large group. We actually saw their other trolley too during our day. They both are really unique!

My husband took me on the Livermore Wine Trolley for my birthday and we had such a great time. Our driver Annie was the best, she totally made our experience worth while. Lunch was okay, vineyards were cool. We met a lot of great people but Annie made the trip great. When we do another trip I will definitely ask for Annie to be our driver.

Annie is awesome. She adds to the fun. The trip was really great. There was an issue with our lunch but the owner Brian took care of it personally. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful girls day out!!!

Hands down, riding a trolley through Livermore wine country was the most fun I’ve had in a long time! My goal was to plan an awesome bachelorette party and Livermore Wine Trolley totally delivered. There was actually another bachelorette party on board so it’s easy to imagine how boisterous our group was! Our fabulous driver, Annie, played the perfect music to get us dancing and singing which started our day off right. Our first stop was Tenuta which was a total blast. Then we went to Rubino and enjoyed lunch on their beautiful grounds. My one recommendation regarding lunch is that they upgrade their chip selection. Ditch the Cheetos and offer kettle chips. Our third stop was Mitchell Katz and their cute barn. Last but not least was Darcie Kent where we enjoyed wine at their picnic tables. $ 100 for 6 hours of wine, food, music and beautiful scenery? SOLD.

WOW! That was soooooo much fun! I took my mother for her birthday and we had a great time. Ann, the driver, was so nice. She made the day run so smoothly. She kept us on trick time wise without making us feel rushed. All of the wineries were great, lunch was great, driving around in a trolley was great! I had read in a previous review that it is a good idea to bring snacks, so I did. The lunch is very good and filling, however 6 hours is a long day of wine tasting and we did start to get the wine munchies by the last winery. I can not wait to do this again! I would recommend it to anyone I know who likes wine and is interested in going to the Livermore wine valley. Even the people pouring at each winery were nice and knew a lot about the wine and the area. This is a MUSTDO!

Livermore Wine Trolley is $ 99 per person for a 6 hour tour, wine tasting at 4 wineries(tasting fee included), and a box lunch… a pretty good bang for your buck. You can enjoy your tastings as much as you like and no one has to worry about drinking and driving! Overall: The experience was AMAZING. Good wine + Good friends = Good times! Our driver Annie was great, she was so accommodating to our group. Out of the 4 wineries, our 1st stop at Tenuta was by far the BEST with a friendly staff, a BIG selection of wines to taste, LIVE music, and of course #friendsforlife Cons: We had lunch at the 2nd stop, Crooked Vine, which was not all that great of an experience. Lunch literally is a brown bag lunch consisting of a sammie and chips… that’s it. And to top it all off the staff was not friendly at all… the words«snooty patootie» come to mind. We couldn’t wait for Annie to come back for us! Suggestions: Yes, as a group we have a few suggestions for anyone that might consider the Livermore wine trolley to make YOUR experience even better :) 1. EAT breakfast. 2. Bring SNACKS… and by «snacks» I mean bring your own salami, cheese, fresh fruit to create your own mini antipasto plate or meat and cheese platter. You will get hungry and want something to snack on throughout the day, remember you do stop at 4 wineries. Lol 3. Bring CUPS… because you are allowed to drink any WINE purchased from the wineries you visit on the trolley! 4. Creating a MUSIC playlist prior to departure might be a good idea, and Annie won’t mind playing it either. 5. Hydrate!!! Our only suggestion to the Livermore Wine Trolley company is that lunch would have been better if it was a semi sit down experience, with glasses of water to go with our wine tastings, and lunch on a plate. Let’s be honest, if one is going to be «wine tasting» for 6 hours… a little more than just a sammie and chips would re-charge us for the rest of the day! We would have enjoyed the last two wineries(Murrieta’s Well and Rios Lovell) a lot more. Other than that, Thank You so much for the wonderful experience! Lastly, don’t forget to tip your driver!

I was a LWT first timer and most definitely not disappointed! I went with a small group of girls to celebrate a bachelorette. The price of $ 99/person includes tasting at 4 wineries, lunch, and of course a designated driver Our trolley driver, Annie was nothing but awesome. She was personable, honest, efficient, friendly, & tons of fun! I enjoyed the day very much and will plan on returning in the very near future!

Great idea, great value, and almost great execution. It is probably not fair to knock off a star for this so I won’t but here is the reason why I thought about it. We took the tour on a Friday. There were only 2 other people in addition to the four in our party. You can tell this tour is meant to accommodate a larger group based on the amount of time you spend at each winery. If you are with a smaller party that leaves you with two choices: sit and wait for the trolley to come back and take you to the next destination or… DRINK! We opted to drink like we were Bacchus which is something I wouldn’t have done if we were there slightly less time. Aside from that, I loved this tour. Four wineries, lunch, and a DD in a trolley for $ 99 is pure brilliance! I cannot think of a better value. And if you happen to drink way too much –like I did– you can go to any of the restaurants in Down Town Livermore to sober up. They are all in walking distance of where you are picked up and dropped off. Annie was our tour guide and she was fantastic. This tour is a perfect way to get introduced to Livermore Wine country or if you are a local it’s a safe way to hit up multiple wineries.

My first time wine tasting ever was amaaaaazing because of the Livermore Wine Trolly! Wonderful way to be exposed to the wineries in Livermore. The wineries we visited were beautiful and the flights were wonderful. The atmosphere of the Trolly was so welcoming, friendly, and fun. Great music, too and the Trolly driver was so friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, his girlfriend, and parents. Wow!!! Down to earth people with amazing customer service skills– not exaggerating! My date and I arrived just in time to see the Trolly drive away so we met them at the first winery. The Trolly driver said she’d drive us back, but the owner and his girlfriend said– don’t worry about it, we’ll do it! Much appreciated– great people really. I will definitely ride it again and highly recommend it to everyone, especially if you want to check out cool wineries, not worry about driving, enjoy the scenery, and the all day experience that includes lunch! It was a great experience for me and hope it will be for you too! :)

We had some friends from San Diego come visit this past weekend and wanted to take them wine tasting. We chose to try out the Wine Trolley and are sure glad we did! Chris was our driver and she really gave us a great experience. The trolley took us to four lovely wineries, all of which we may have never visited considering the sizes. All four wineries were pleasant in their own way. Lunch was tasty too. My wife and I have said we’ll definetely be back again.

I recently rode the Livermore Wine Trolley with my wife and some friends and we had a great time. It was well worth the drive from Marin to Livermore. The tour is well organized and it took us to some great wineries(4 total) around the area. Our driver was very professional and friendly. We also were served lunch at the second winery, a sandwich, bag of chips and fresh baked cookie! Sandwich was delicious. Everything was included in the price, 6 hour tour of 4 wineries and lunch. That is a deal! Their website is easy to navigate and full of useful information. The trolley is a fun way to hop around from winery to winery. We will be planning another time to ride the trolley when our friends from the east are in town. Highly recommend it!

My husband and I took this trolley for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was a blast! Not only was the wine tasting amazing and delicious but the service Chris the driver gave us was great. It felt like we got a little extra special treatment being part of the trolley as opposed to going solo. Overall we had a wonderful time and the whole experience was fabulous. You could do this with a small or larger group. Either way we made new friends and discovered tasty wines. It was funny in the morning our trolley was pretty quiet but by the end we were all laughing and enjoying our time. Took a group photo at the last winery with Chris the driver and the wine makers. Loved everything about it!
