I had a few questions to ask about the public system. I called them and they were very friendly. They even referred me to someone else in the LVJUSD to answer my questions and concerns more correctly. That person was not at her desk and I left her a message. She called me back from her cell phone (I thought that was really nice). She answered all of my questions and concerns, she was very clear and helpful in her answers. She even gave me advise, beyond her specialty. I have to say that I am very satisfied with that experience.
