Raised in the Bay Area, she started a practice in San Francisco and now moved to Livermore. Previously, Dr. Pham practiced in sunny Orange County. She completed a 3-​year podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Olive View-​UCLA Medical Center and VA Greater Los Angeles after graduating from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in the Bay Area.

Dr. Sally T. Pham, DPM, is board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Primary Podiatric Care, Diabetic Wound Care, and Diabetic Shoes.

Her specialty care includes: sports medicine, biomechanics, diabetic wound care/​limb salvage, complex reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, foot and ankle trauma, and elderly care. i haven’t even stepped *foot* in Dr Pham’s office and already am thrilled with the service i have gotten from Flo. She has calmed my nerves about a bad experience with another podiatrist in san ramon, gave me an appointment to see the doctor quickly for my second opinion, and already is processing my paperwork. All within minutes of picking up the phone and calling them to ask for help. Dr. Pham is absolutely wonderful!
I will never go to another podiatrist. Before meeting Dr. Pham I suffered for 3 – 4 years in severe pain but not getting any answers or treatment. I finally decided to go out of my HMO and pay out of pocket to try and get a diagnosis. Dr. Pham spent HOURS with me, not a few minutes like the other HMO doctors did.
So I only just had my surgery but after seeing the huge neuroma that Dr. Pham removed I know I will walk pain free again very soon!
She and her entire staff are so caring, kind and considerate. I highly recommend Dr. Pham.

Livermore Podiatry and Dr. Pham… several words come to mind all based upon my family’s experience with the office and the good doctor.
Customer Focused — The doctor and her team in the office are very focused on the patient needs. They take the time to understand what is taking place in the patients home and work life, ensuring that the best possible solution is put on the table.
Sense of urgency — Not all medical concerns require the same level of care and in some cases, there may be more than one concern going on. The doctor will help the patient understand what the priorities are to successfully resolve a concern.
Community involvement — Dr. Pham and her team do not limit their care to the office. She does go out into the community to work with the retirement homes where the patients are unable to come to the office.
Follow-​up — The doctor and her staff reaches out to the patient after a surgery to ensure they are on the road to a successful recovery.
Livermore Podiatry and Dr. Pham are a new and very welcome asset to the Tri-​Valley area. Consider using the team for your podiatry concerns

Dr. Pham and her staff are so kind and helpful. My daughter says Dr. Pham is her favorite Dr. She listened to her concerns, answered her questions in detail and has a gentle touch. They worked very hard with us to get all the support and supplies we needed.

Today, I saw Dr. Pham for my 3rd (and possibly the last) Nail Fungus Laser treatment in the SF office — she is such a caring doctor; for example, she is slowly transitioning to her new practice in Livermore by coming into the city to see her current patients until most are done, like me. My laser treatment has progressed as expected; it looks like my fungus is almost gone. She patiently talked about preventive measures to ensure that the fungus will not return. She even offered to provide a courtesy maintenance laser treatment in a few months in her new office. If I have any other feet and ankle issues in the future, I am willing to drive the long distance to see her. She leaves such an indelible impression.

I was sorry to hear that Dr. Pham is leaving SF, but as one of her SF patients, I just want to let you all know how incredible she is.
First of all, not all orthotics are created equal. I had some custom made orthotics with another podiatrist when I was having plantar fasciitis pain and I thought they were pretty good (hard plastic molded in the shape of my feet). But when I was still having pain a year later, I went to see Dr. Pham and she recommended her version of custom orthotics. Of course I was skeptical, I had a perfectly fine pair and didn’t want to pay for something twice. Let me just tell you the two orthotics are like night and day. Her version starts out the same way with the molding of the foot, but she puts in padding, takes out parts for pressure, and adds stability– she calls it motor mechanics on the orthotics. It’s like walking on clouds.
With the stretching exercises she showed me how to do and wearing the orthotics, I really don’t feel the need to see her anymore; my feet are pain free. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and the best podiatrist I know of. Highly recommended.
