We went with these guys because they gave us a great quote compared to the 4 others. Taylor was very kind and professional. He provided several paint samples, scheduled a date and completed the job in 3 days just as promised. We are extremely satisfied. Our house looks amazing. I highly recommend Landmark Exteriors.

We had windows done as well as exterior paint. Very professional team! They did an excellent job! I thought I needed a new roof and after talking with them they suggested not replacing for another year… saving my $$$$. Very honest company!

I just had all my windows replaced by Landmark Exterior yesterday, getting exterior house paint next week, and I absolutely love love love them. Landmark Exterior does amazing work and are extremely professional. Usually when you have contractors in your home they never clean up their mess very well, not Landmark Exterior! They cleaned up so well I couldn’t tell they had been in my home at all besides the beautiful windows they installed. Also, the owner Taylor can by the job site to make we were happy with everything and to check on his guys… now that is what customer service is all about! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would and will recommend Landmark Exterior to anyone who is willing to listen! Thank you Landmark… can’t wait to see how amazing the exterior paint is going to look! Daphne and Mike

Landmark Exteriors replaced our roof and added two solar tubes at our request. Their work was flawless, including cleanup, which can be a mess when you’re removing a roof. The job took only two days, with experienced workers who averaged nine years with the company. I regret that it has taken me FOUR years to write this review, but our daughter just asked on Facebook and I want to highly recommend LE to her and everyone else. And at least after four years, we can say that after several rains (though not lately!), there are no leaks!

We had all the windows replaced and a french door slider installed by Landmark this week and I would recommend them to anyone! We had the best service from beginning to end. Usually when you do a big project in your home it can be a headache but this was a very straightforward and smooth process. Thank you Landmark!

Do not trust this company. Contracted with them in Nov for a window replacement after in person meeting. We were initially impressed by what was portrayed as a family owned and in-​house only company. They took measurements at the initial meeting and promised installation by «mid-​December, prior to Christmas». Another man called and said he needed to re-​measure. When he arrived he said he was a general contractor under contract with Landmark to do our job. He then came back two more times to «re-​measure to make sure before ordering». And I must mention that during this time I had been assured on two separate occasions that the window had been ordered, so why the additional measuring to «ensure the order was made correctly» as the installer stated. Well, install date finally arrived in early January and another crew shows up to install. When we checked the window, just to make sure it was correct before they tore out the existing one, we discovered it was not correct-​no grids. The window was delivered to their warehouse and no one even bothered to check to see if it matched the contract! The installer also said he could «make it work» but it wasn’t the right size. We were told by the owner the next day that the correct window had been ordered and would be installed in two weeks. On the two week mark, the owner called and said the window had not been ordered and he was going to void our contract. This being two months after we signed the contract! Given the numerous times we were given inaccurate information (lied to), the cancellation was a relief.
This is definetly a caveat emptor company!

Landmark Exteriors did a great job on my home. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The people who came to do the work were polite and did a great job! The quality of work was excellent and I would absolutely recommend them for windows and painting in the future.

Highly recommended. Cut my heating bills in half for the Low E windows they installed. They look great!

We had all the windows in our tri-​level home replaced by Landmark this January as well as the sliding glass doors in our bedroom. They also replaced some rotted wood and painted in the front of the house. The windows we ordered arrived when we were told they would and were installed very quickly and efficiently. Unlike previous comments, our experience was great. The installers moved the furniture back when they were done and everything was left clean (and in the case of the windows themselves and the floor in my son’s room, much cleaner than before the windows were installed). The house looks fantastic! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had my windows installed by this company and I’m extremely happy. They did the job very professionally and with great detail. Both the owners and their crews were a true pleasure to work with. I will and have recommended this company to friends and family.

I am so pleased with landmark exteriors workmanship! We had our windows replaced and house painted and we are not only so happy with the end result but it was a pleasure to work with both window and painting crews! They were friendly, clean and very accommodating! I also have to say it was very nice working with Taylor and Stuart as well! They were nice, helpful and willing to work with us on payments as we thought we would need, luckily we didn’t! I would highly recommend this company!

The owner/​salesman was kind and understanding however the lead member as part of the group of guys that came to do our windows was very rude. He did not address a concern about a window being hard to reach for my mother who contracted them to do the job
His response to wiping down one of the new windows that had smudges «It will get dirty in a day or two anyway». He wiped it off, but REALLY? What kind of customer service is this?
We also got some furniture damaged as a result of the installations and they did not even mention this to us. We are not planning on recommending these guys to anyone.

While working in my garage I was approached by a salesman representing Landmark Exteriors. I usually dismiss such sales attempts out of hand, but decided to listen to his pitch. I’m very happy that I did. We had an Attic liner and 11 windows and one slider replaced. I have had a lot of work done around this house but I have NEVER been as satisfied with the workmanship as with the people who installed the attic liner or especially the windows. Not only was the installation done with the pride of workmanship that you don’t normally see anymore but the cleanup even satisfied my wife! And when it comes to cleanup that is an extremely hard thing to do. They also do house painting and when that time comes we will be calling them.

We contacted them early March for a painting job. They seemed very efficient and eager to do a good job. However, due to the rain, it went on and on. Then, when the weather turned better, they were not here. They waited a week, then called to say when they were coming. Then they called again to say it would be the next day. Then they emailed me that they cannot do the job due to a family emergency. However, we were not in a hurry, but they declined the job, which surprised us. Also, my concerns about the job were never properly answered. I will not ask them again to do a job.
