for some reason, didn’t realize this company is 45 minutes away from my house. I ordered 4 custom Christmas ornaments about 4 days ago and had them shipped. They are lovely — original, different — and each monogrammed correctly. Am delighted with the product!

I ordered 2 Construction Tools Money clips from Kyle Design on Monday and received them on Tuesday! I called because I was short on time and wanted to see what the shipping time was for engraving, they took my order over the phone. These money clips are awesome, great metal quality and the color selection is huge, I am so happy with the Iridescent colors I chose for the background. I highly recommend their products!

Got my two sweetener packet holders today, love them! Dummy me didn’t realize they were in Livermore (where I live), but since I wanted my own design it was okay. They are beautiful and I have no complaints. Will look for the store next time I want something unique. Fast shipping (what do you expect cross town) but I am pleased with this company.

Over the 2012 holiday season, I ordered four individual Christmas ornaments, all with distinctive engraving. Not only did (all four) exceed my expectations, delivery was amazingly quick, and each ornament arrived in perfect condition. (Adrian also was extremely professional and helpful when I spoke with her over the phone). The ornaments are unique and beautiful keepsakes. I highly recommend their services and will definitely order from Kyle Design again.

Before calling to place an order for outlets, Rocker Switches and GFI outlet I looked on the website and saw the colors were «Satin Brown».I needed all to match as the bathroom remodel was custom. I called and the lady who took the order assured me the colors would all match. I ordered the items and paid the shipping fee. The items arrived and when opened I found the GFI outlet and the outlets were Satin Brown as described online and by the order taker however the Rocker Switches were glossy and even a different color. There was a packing list from who packed it «LIZ» saying the order was correct. I called back the company and got the same lady who took the order. I explained that there might have been a mistake in the packing of the items and I was told «I am sorry you are unhappy you can return it»…I wanted only to exchange the Rockers for the Satin Brown color and again was told, (sounded like from a script) You can return them… She said she would pull a Rocker switch and an outlet to compare the colors and when she did she stated. the Rocker switches were a glossier color and that was what they called Satin… Now after paying the shipping fee, and finding out that indeed the colors do not match (and never did as told they would) I am responsible for paying the shipping fee back for a mistake that was not my fault. I feel that this practice is unfair. I waited 5 days for the delivery, spent $ 16.00 in shipping fees and now must wait at least 10 — 15 days for the return to get back to the company and issue the credit. I am back to square one with no items… I feel the order taker should have been more compassionate and apologetic and offered to handle the return shipping fee since it was her mistake by giving me incorrect information from the beginning…

This place sells beautiful, cool-​looking, hand-​crafted gifts at affordable prices — wonderful! The items arrived super fast and were very well packed. I do not understand the griping about the return policy. This is a local, independently owned and operated business, not Costco — sheesh! If you receive something that you don’t like, return it right away folks! But if you’re like me, you will fall in love with the well designed gifts created by Kyle Designs. Many of the designs are whimsical. So far, I’ve ordered twice from this company and I’ve been delighted both times; order with confidence!

I bought 6 black switch and outlet covers online. I had made a mistake on my order so called them to change it. They corrected it quickly and sent me an email confirmation of the change. The package arrived in 2 days. Very satisifed with the products and the customer service! I plan to purchase more in the future from here!

Kyle designs is fabulous. It came upon my radar when my old roomie ordered a business card holder for his boyfriend. To summarize a lot of the items incorporate art into everyday items. Who couldn’t use a touch of beauty among the mundane. The cardholder ended up being gorgeous. The pieces are custom, with a lot of room for personalization (is that redundant /​that might be redundant). I later ordered a flask for friend super close to her birthday and needed to have it in hand relatively quickly. The completed my order on time and stayed a bit late, because I was in traffic and kept getting lost. I called several times (this was before I had GPS) and were really nice to me when they met my sweaty butt in the parking lot (this was before I had A/​C in the car). The item was perfect (I ordered a flask) — hehe my friends are cool), Kyle and the staff are super sweet. I am now in the market for a business cardholder and they are who I am calling first.
