Business Owner

Jillian Atuegbu is an accomplished attorney in the practice of family law. Ms. Atuegbu’s practice primarily involves the litigation and settlement of cases involving dissolutions, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, paternity, domestic violence restraining orders, and step-​parent adoptions.

Ms. Atuegbu is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. She was the 2007 Trope and Trope/​USC Family Law Public Interest Fellow and is a former volunteer of the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law. She also regularly donates her time to the Alameda County Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Corporation and to Bay Area Legal Aid.
