We’ve just used this company for building a fence in our back yard at our school. We are very happy with their service. They are very fast and they deliver good quality work. At first, a friend of mine recommended them for quote comparison. He said these guys were the fastest and best. I then searched the company on Unilocal and found out only one review with one star. But just for the quote, I called anyway. Kirk answered the phone and the next day, he came for estimation. He emailed us the quote two days later, and answered my follow-up questions immediately through email. As I was happy with all his answers, timelines and pricing etc., I decided to give them a try. 3 days later, they showed up at 7 o’clock in the morning, by lunch time it was done. The fence they built was nice. The whole process from the day 1 to completion, took one week. Just as my friend had said these guys are fast and do good job. I highly recommend Kirk and his team for your fence work.

I faxed this company a sketch with measurements on 3÷7÷13. They promptly emailed my with questions which I answered. A few days later I got a quote for materials only with a note that the installer would need to quote the installation. But they never replied with another quote — even after two email reminders. Its now 3 weeks later… after two follow up emails with no return I give up. This company must not need the business… its so frustrating that they acted like they wanted the business then simply dont follow through. How does a business ignore emails and phone calls from a customer? How did that ever become acceptable?
