If I could give it a zero I would, but unfortunately I can’t. I have been with AT&T forever and what do they do to thank their long standing customers? Screw us with a AT&T Next plan that just takes our money even more than they already do, it is ridiculous and a money grab by one of the wealthiest companies in America. Now getting a phone is like buying a car, they lock you in until you need another phone. Basically you always pay for a phone every month because by the time you are done paying you need another phone, as these things barely last two years. Hopefully one of these companies comes to their senses and realizes they are just screwing us customers. I will be shopping around for a cheaper all inclusive plan, which AT&T does not offer.

Seems like I am the only one who had a good experience here. I’ve been on an ATT family plan with my dad and brothers for 13 years. It was time to get my own plan. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and talked to Daniel(a really nice Polish guy) to ask about options for plans with a new phone and pricing. We found a plan that works for me. I would’ve signed up right then, but my dad had to call and release the number from the family plan. He did that Saturday morning. I came in Saturday afternoon and asked for Daniel. Everything went to plan and pricing was exactly as he told me the day before, no surprises! I walked out with a new iPhone 6s Plus and new plan for $ 85 a month. Thank you Daniel!

Seriously hopeless store. Go out and have a bad customer service experience first and you will know how to treat your own customers. Where there is a greed there is a purpose of misleading the customers. But if you enjoy to serve the customers you don’t need a purpose. Service should come from heart and not from the mind. Emotionally injured people cannot serve better, no matter what system you put in place but it won’t work if intent is missing. If you are too busy selling then you are not truly listening what customer wants. When business losses the culture then greed is the only choice available and it evidently shows up in the body language. Forget the profits only the advantage remains the mean of business.

By far the worst service of any AT&T retailer in the Tri-Valley. In recent months I have visited this store on two occasions and will never return. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to visit the Stone Ridge Mall location than be treated as poorly as they have treated me. After 10 years of good service they have lost my business. Shame on you AT&T for driving this store into the ground.

Interesting how all the previous reviews have been removed. I had three updated reviews over the years and I think they maxed out at two stars. I guess it’s safe to say that the store really just needs to call it quits and shut down because their service is so horrible, consistently horrible over the past few years that I’ve had to resort to going there. Putting in cafeteria tables or whatever has not helped if that’s what those are for. You just get to sit while looking at the apathetic employees give you some BS and waste your time. Reminds me of the DMV. The manager is equally useless for problem solving, customer service, etc. Moral of the story of avoid this store, go to the Stoneridge location — it’s way better.

These idiots suck. I tried bringing in a Sprint iPhone 5, and they didn’t accept it! Apparently those bastards only accept T-Mobile and unlocked phones, along with AT&T phones(duh). Well if they can accept T-Mobile, why not Sprint? Liars. They can probably totally accept Sprint, but they probably didn’t want to. It’s fucking stupid. Well, AT&T, I have a message for you and your fat little doorwoman: YOUALLSUCKCOCKS!!! P. S., I didn’t want to give you any stars on this review, but since I had to, YOUONLYGETFUCKINGONE!!!
