I received great service and plan on making this my regular chiropractor. Dr. Williams is always a pleasure and the ladies in the front are always friendly.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for a few years «as needed.» He would prefer that I make regular visits, but doesn’t harass me for making my own schedule.
It’s super quick and easy to get in and out without a wait.
Sort of an «open bay» type of environment — not a lot of frills or privacy– but you can get in and out easy without a lot of pre-​planning, appointment making, etc.
Fits my needs extremely well.

Been going here for a few years after the other Chiro office I was going to stopped taking my insurance. This place is super friendly, I can always get an appointment and love the waiting area massage chairs and the traction table warm up! They do a terrific job, easy parking as they are in a shopping area and several Chiropractors to choose from — all with a little different adjusting style, Dr. Kurt Alexander is my style. Great job everyone!

I wandered from chiropractor to chiropractor looking for a miracle. I found Alexander Chiropractic and this was my miracle. I struggled with low back pain for so long I thought it was just a normal part of life. Dr. Alexander and Dr. Williams took amazing care of me and not only found relief but also keep in alignment so well that I don’t have any pain anymore… ever. I enjoy going in for maintenance and seeing the staff, keeping my spine healthy. Without normal routine maintenance to keep my body in alignment I know my bad habits and every day environment would place me back in pain. Go, listen to the doctors, and live a pain free life!!!

My family has been going to Dr. Alexander for over 15 years. Him and Dr Williams are awesome at what they do, they’ve help keep migraines at bay for a long time. Everyone on his team is warm and welcoming!

Dr Williams Is great! He always takes the time he needs to do whatever needs to be done. I’ve seen Dr Williams before but recently I’ve struggled with vertigo and tinnitus and decided to go back for treatment. I’m not certain he cured me but I sure his work and adjustments to my atlas, jaw, ears and neck have been very helpful! I really appreciate the support of Dr Williams and the staff, especially Gail.

I could be wrong, but it seemed like a training office for new chiropractors under Dr. Alexander. They would be there a number of months then «move» to a satellite office. My knee got worse. They bragged about doing «real» physical therapy, which was some instruction on home exercises and some brief tens therapy. Friendly but not sure about the whole setup seeming to be training new chiropractors. They did a full unnecessary xray set on a family member. And no private rooms, all one big room, take a number yes for real!

I’ve been a client for a few months. I was in severe pain due to an accident, and decided to stick around because of their affordable prices. The best part of the office is the front desk ladies; they are really accommodating and approachable. This 1 star is not reflective of them whatsoever. (If I could, I’d give them separately, a 5 star rating for their personalities.) The doctor I was assigned was Dr. Williams. From the first day, he never bothered to say «hello»…however, I thought our consultation went better; he had no choice but to appear friendly in order to acquire a client, I suppose. I was just so desperate to get better due to some back and neck pain, and was tired of hunting for a chiropractor. Almost 95% of the time, Dr. Williams was not as warm and gabby as he was (I observed) with other clients. He was mostly quiet, non-​interactive and at times, aloof. In addition, he delivered basically a fast-​food type of adjustment. After I waited for other patients, I was in and out within one minute. I couldn’t just leave because I had invested money to get more adjustments, but I just wasn’t happy with the Dr. because he didn’t seem genuine with me. If I tell him something that concerned me, I felt that he would ignore it or he’d be so abrupt that before I knew it, it was time for me to leave bc he had another client after me. Today was the last appointment that I had with him and I’ve made up my mind to never come back. He pulled something & I felt something strained in my back but once again he neglected to address it or apologize. One time, Dr. Williams was not present, and the front desk suggested I go with Dr. Alexander. I don’t know what his problem was but I caught him staring at me and he looked stern and antagonistic in his expression. He didn’t bother to say «hello» either or smile. He’s of age, so I don’t’ get why the lack of basic customer service. Gosh! It’s so hard to find a great chiropractor. About a third of my pain is gone, but when you don’t have rapport with your doctor, it’s just not worth it, is it? Back to the drawing board.

Love Dr. Williams at Alexander Chiropractic! The first time I saw him was several years ago for extreme sciatica. I was basically what they saw a «crawl in» patient! They got me in that day, and had my problem solved within about two weeks!
I also have an old neck injury that I have seen several Chiropractors previously without a lot of luck. Dr. Williams is a magician with neck injuries! He keeps me pain free.
Unlike other Chiropractors that I have seen, they do not try to upsell you to use all of these other «amazing» services. You go, get your adjustment and that is it. Very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for an amazing Chiropractor.

Completely pleased with the care and service I receive at Alexander chiropractic. I am especially a fan of Dr. Williams & Dr. Kurt Alexander, as these are the two that I tend to see the most. I did recently see Dr. Matt Alexander, and he was extremely professional, warm, and capable of taking care of my discomfort. I highly recommend the Alexander Chiropractic Office.

Dr. Williams is awesome! I had neck and back issues for a while now. Not sure why it took me so long to visit a Chiropractor. I was so locked up before but now I can look over my shoulder when making a lane change again. Thank you!!!

Dr. Alexander is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have dealt with torticollis for years and he not only helped me with that problem, he was more than willing to help me with all my other aches and pains. Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone I know! Great chiropractor!

Saw a Chiropractor for the first time today. If this is what seeing a Chiropractor is like I highly recommend it to everyone. Usually people see one after the pain starts, what they don’t know is that the problem is usually there before hand. That is what my situation was. Matt is who I saw, he is FRIENDLY, SMART, PROFESSIONAL, and makes u feel comfortable through out the whole process. I will definitely be using his expertise for the remainder of my recovery.

I have been coming to this office on and off for probably 10 years or so for a variety of reasons (or for when I need an adjustment). They are wonderful! I have only been seen by Dr. Alexander and Dr. Williams so my review only applies to them. They have cured me of ailments for which nothing else has worked. I had TMJ so bad one year that I was literally on a liquid diet because I could not open my mouth. I tried muscle relaxers, physical therapy, everything! At the request of my sister I finally tried chiropractic and Dr. Williams cured me (I highly recommend him)! So thankful. I’ve also been treated for nerve pain while pregnant, headaches caused by neck pain, etc. Both Dr. Alexander and Dr. Williams are wonderful and they have saved me many times from such discomfort. I feel results immediately.
I truly appreciate their personable and professional demeanor and that of the reception area as well– they are very friendly and welcoming also.
I will say that I do not love the office layout, as I prefer more privacy, but that matters very little to me compared to being pain free! Thank you!

This place is so friendly and I have received great benefit by going here. I only go as needed. I was very nervous about chiropractic care in general, and am on self-​pay so I don’t want to spend a lot on long term care. My office manager goes here and so does her husband. I have seen Dr. Alexander (senior), Dr. Matt Alexander, his son, and Dr. Bills, and I am confident in these three. I have seen others but come back to these three. Dr. Alexander (both) are gentler, but Dr. Bills gets some amazing results as well. I first came here when I had a frozen shoulder. I’d been through physical therapy at Kaiser and was trying to get mobility back. It was extremely painful. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Alexander was directly responsible for curing me, and explaining why I got this in the first place. Another time I went after a segway accident. I went in immediately after the accident and needed help getting in. I walked out feeling much, much improved, and suffered no long term consequences.
This office is great, friendly, very accommodating. They are efficient. The assembly line thing is not really true. They have a system of getting people in and out and they have an open room with multiple tables, but I love it.

Very friendly, professional, and caring chiropractors. My friend did their weight loss program, it worked wonders, and he truly looks amazing! I highly recommend Dr Matt Alexander.

I have been a patient here for over 7 years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. All chiropractors at this office are knowledgeable, personable, and excellent in their field! I have experienced several occasions where I found myself in unbearable discomfort for whatever reason, and the office staff has always brought me in right away, and although I usually see one Dr. (Dr. Williams), the others who have taken care of me have given me superb adjustments that immediately eliminated the discomfort, or at least got the pain significantly reduced so I could function.
The office has convenient hours, and the office staff are wonderful. They have all been working there for a long time, too, which says something about the office atmosphere in general. The staff will investigate benefits, and are more than happy to help you understand what benefits you do have. I have referred several of my friends to the office and they too have received excellent care.
The office is a pleasant, open environment, and offers privacy for consults and x-​rays. While they have some great high-​tech, leading edge equipment in the office (check in, computerized treatment files, extra large computer screen for x-​ray screening and consults), they atmosphere is all on the level, real and human.
So, if you are sick and tired of being in pain, or seeing an office where you feel like you are paying for the Dr.‘s lifestyle, or just not comfortable at the office you have or neglected to go to… please do yourself a favor, and see one of the fantastic physicians here. It will change your life.
