7 for All Mankind Outlet

Came on a busy weekend and received excellent customer service from all staff on the floors. After trying on many different styles, I fell in love with the Gwenevere, a skinny cut. For some reason, my usual size was more snug than I would’ve liked it to be, but they didn’t have the next size up. The SA assured me that this particular fit would stretch a whole size, but I still wanted to try it in the next size up for comparison. Since they didn’t have my size at the store, they offered to order me the bigger size from the Gilroy outlet, which came 2 days later in the mail. Talk about quick service!
Verdict: Whelp, the jeans definitely stretch, so the SA was right. I’ll be exchanging for a smaller size later this week.
Side note: No refunds, only exchange or store credit after 2 weeks.

The customer service here is amazing Anne and Cameron (sorry if i misspelled) helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect fit, just the right combination of so helpful but not constantly following you through the store asking questions.
The only disappointment is that apparently 7 jeans are going away from the button fly :(

I bought a pair of jeans from here and took them home to give them a try. When I tried them home in the privacy of my own home, I decided they weren’t what I wanted. I tried to take them back two days later with a receipt and all the tags still on and was surprised to hear they don’t do refunds.
I won’t buy another pair of their jeans. I’m not going to support a store that won’t let you change your mind.

I always saw this brand whenever I go into Nordstrom and decided to check out their outlet.
Tried on a couple of pants but was able to fit on the smallest fit. Unfortunately, the clearance section had very limited selections for my size…
The employee that help me out was very friendly. Since I was the only customer for a while, she continually made sure that I was doing okay and appreciated her genuine help.
Would love to come back and actually find something that I like!

40% off everything, including clearance items!!! Shopping experience was superb, of course because of the good deals, but also great customer service! The only person who delivers amazing customer service and knows what she’s talking about is Danielle. Everyone else in management is highly unprofessional and the store looks like a mess 95% of the time.

I am just currently shop here. I love the jeans here but the customer service of this store is terrible. However, when i check out one of the employee, her name is Allince act disrespectfully. I have no idea of why such a employee is hired.

The sales associate Lisa was very helpful when I was browsing. Was looking for skinny jeans and she brought me a bunch of different options. Plus, the whole store is 30% off. Walked away with a pair if 7s for around $ 80! Yay!

Found some $ 32 jeans that my wife hates but I think I will wear often. She’s mostly right on this stuff so I may have been impulsive. Then we found one for me that she likes a lot but now that makes 5 of these jeans I bought here in the last year. Clerks were very helpful and nice.
Weird as we were checking out, this place just got shoplifted by two ladies from over the hill. They called security but security could not ask them to open their bag as no one saw them put it in. The clerk noticed they went into the dressing room but came out with nothing. They found the tags in the dressing room but security said their hands were tied to help. Looks like stuff is yours if you can get it into your bag where there is no camera. What kind of rules is that???

I really didn’t like the salespeople at this store. I’m not trying to be mean but all they did was stand around, pretend to fold jeans and talk about their customers. I know that it gets boring working in retail but really? I love their jeans and they were $ 25 off any pair but I couldn’t stand shopping in a store with unfriendly salespeople. I like the gilroy location much better. They are much friendlier and ask you if you need help finding a size etc.

I had purchased 3 pairs of pants for a little of $ 300.00 w/​tax. After my purchase, my husband asked if the Outlet had any discounts like the ones in Oregon. Come to find out they do for AAA members. I flipped through the coupon book and found a lovely coupon for 7 for All Mankind. The coupon was $ 50 off of $ 300. At that point I already reached that price point. I went back into the store immediately and asked the sales clerk if I could return my entire purchase, repurchase the pants, add another pair and use the coupon. At first the sales clerk hesitated but I told him flat out that I had no idea about the coupon book. The sales clerk granted my request and the rest is history. I walked out of the store with 4 pairs of pants for an awesome deal. It was a pleasant purchase. I definitely will return to the store.

AWESOME employees. Not only were they really friendly and cordial, when I accidentally left my Ghirardelli bag behind after rushing out of the store, they kept it safe AND retied my True Religion bag when the handles fell apart. I scored a tee I’ve been wanting since I initially saw it in the San Francisco store last July for almost more than 60% off, and it was made in the USA — double score. TONS of good jeans deals too, I’ll absolutely have to come back.

Love 7 jeans and these look like the real deal, not specially made for the oulet low-​end type stuff. I got a pair of denim shorts for a good deal. I’ll be back next time I am jeans shopping!

I am in love with this store! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff is extremely helpful, without sounding like a pushy used car salesman. I work in the mall so I visit frequently, and they are just as friendly as when they first opened. The store manager is fabulous! She helped me pick out the perfect jeans for myself, as well as my boyfriend. I am a frequent shopper in all the department stores such as saks, neimans, and bloomys, and I can honestly say the actual 7 for all man kind store has the best prices. If your looking to buy quality jeans at an affordable price this is your store! My boyfriend refuses to wear anything else now, strictly 7’s.

We visited over the weekend and the staff here is really nice. All of them were constantly working to keep the store clean and organized. This outlet had a good selection of both men and women’s clothing. My bf left with a nice pair of jeans that were orginally $ 228 and got them for under $ 100! And I also left with a nice tank.
