I USED TO like this practice. Ive been going here since my first child, 8 yrs later, I now have 3 kids. I recently moved far north west and didn’t want to change ob’s since I figured I would only be seeing them once a year despite the 45 min drive. My appt was at 1130 and I called at 1132 when I was parking my car and told them I was running a couple mins late. Got upstairs by 1135 and they told me I had to reschedule my appt. wasted 45 mins of my driving time plus 2 kids in tow, taking them in and out was such a hassle. They have no sympathy for you not your time; Not to mention the wait time in the doctors office when you are finally seen could be up to half an hour. I felt like when I was pregnant I received better care, now that I’m only coming in for well woman checks, they don’t give you time of day!

Love this office. I am almost completely through my first pregnancy with this office and have been very happy with their staff and doctors. I have not had a bad experience yet and I have met with every doctor at the practice. The office staff is always friendly, the schedule ladies are great, and I appreciate the nurse hotline. I have never had to wait long for an appointment if they were not on schedule.

Never going back. My appt. was at 10 and I arrived at 10:05 all because the parking in lot was full and it required me to drive around 3 times until someone pulled out. I was asked to reschedule in which they directed me to a different desk and then got to stand there for 7 min. before she could help me. Just bad business, rushed healthcare, and misleading practice. I even got a text message 2 days prior confirming my 10AM appt. not 9:45 that they then told me AFTER I was told to reschedule. Looking forward to finding new practice and new doctors.

I have had a great experience with this practice. Switched half way through my pregnancy, and had a planned c-​section and tubal ligation, so I was able to pick my doctor so I didn’t meet everyone in the practice. Doctor Pucillo was awesome! She is attentive to any concerns that I have and seems to truly care about my progress and healing. Will continue to see her with any needs that I have. The only thing keeping me from give a 5 star is the scheduling as previously mentioned. I always have to call to confirm my appointment as they haven’t emailed or called with reminders. I also recommend that you book appointments way in advance as their schedule seems to fill up. I haven’t had to wait very long for appointments, just the typical 15 min or so. I highly recommend this doctor!

I moved to CO without knowing a single person so when I chose WHA, it was really just a shot in the dark.
I have LOVED going here. When I arrive to my appointments, they are always on time and I never have to wait long in the room to see the doctor. I don’t see just one particular doctor so throughout my pregnancy, I have been just about all of them. Each have been extremely warm and spend a good amount of time answering my questions.
I had called in once because I was concerned about preterm labor. In the end, I went to the hospital to check for a potential leak. Dr. Abarca met me at the hospital and she made me feel completely validated. I had felt like such an idiot going in and she reassured me that it was better to be safe than sorry. That’s when I felt like they truly cared about *ME* and not their schedule.
I have never had any problems scheduling or with cancellations. The front office ladies are always warm and personable. The ultrasound technician answers my questions and spends more than enough time getting good pictures of the baby.
I personally want a more natural birth so I went over my birth plan with one of the doctors there. I specified that I want to walk around, use a bar and/​or birth tub, no epidurals, dim lights, diffuse essential oils, delayed cord clamping, the works. She assured me that it would not be a problem and fully supported my «hippie» ways.
Sadly, I am moving so I will not be able to deliver with them but so far I have loved my prenatal care I have gotten from them and I am extremely sad that I won’t be able to finish this pregnancy with them.
I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

I am really shocked by some of you ladies reviews! I have had almost 4 babies here been coming her since 2008! I have gotten nothing less then compassion and caring office. Although sometimes I agree the schedule staff can be cranky but it’s not all the time, every office I have been to their is people that have bad days! I love Dr. Bubier she always has time to listen to my needs and wants and never rushes me. If you are having a problem with scheduling ladies then let the office manager know but the most important peace I feel is important is the doctor and my doctor I would rate her a 15 out of 10. Don’t bash the entire office for scheduling. I never had to wait 45 mins for my appt. maybe tops 15 mins but that’s because their is patients before me that are taking longer with the doctor. I am going through pregnancy right now and I have had nothing but excellent service. The skyridge office I like because it’s closer I find they are busy their so it’s better to call for appt as I can see the receptionist doesn’t really have time to schedule which they have to work on. Anyway hope this helps someone out their looking at the reviews they are awesome, especially Dr. Bubier!

I would not recommend this practice. I would switch if I wasn’t so far into my pregnancy. Appointments are regularly canceled and expect to wait at least 45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time to see a doctor. Plus their skyridge office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful!

Words can’t express the gratitude i have for all of the wonderful women of this practice. They delivered both of our children with caring professionalism and a level of skill unmatched in my experience. I had confidence in every doctor’s ability from the first meeting. I am personally terrible at picking doctor’s so i polled some Labour and delivery nurses i knew and this group was recommended more than once. Scheduling and wait times can be frustrating with every doctor’s office but don’t let the front of the house overshadow the skill and dedication you will find with each of these providers. They have my highest and most sincere recommendation.

I do not recommend women’s health care associates! I’ve been a customer of 6 years and I’ve been calling for 3 fucking months leaving message after message trying to set up my annual so I can like not have more babies Cuz that’s the only way you can keep your birth control prescription. No one calls back so I FINALLY get a hold of them trying to schedule and they tell me my account is overdue.. which is totally funny cuz I paid it 4 months ago or more so they say «oh unless you call we don’t update our records» (seriously? !) So they transfer me to the lady who is supposed to «update» my records and guess what I get a voice mail again so I leave a message call back later leave another message and I still have not received a phone call back… worst business EVER so I call a new company and they get me scheduled for the next day. Ya ok suck a big nasty toe whca!

The administration and office staff is extremely unhelpful and often quite rude. I drive from Boulder and was 5 minutes late this morning for my check in, not even my actual appointment, and even called about 20 minutes ahead of time to let them know (bad traffic, which I can’t control). When I called, I was told I would have to reschedule, no exceptions. When I spoke to the office manager, she proceeded to berate me for 5 minutes, about how it was unfair and rude to other appointments and that they would absolutely not see me that day. Meanwhile I was literally sitting in my car outside of their office.
Additionally, the doctor I have been seeing used to be great and I really enjoyed seeing her, but the past few appointments she has made little judgmental remarks around things like how I live with my boyfriend (hello it’s not 1950) and the type of birth control I choose to use, you know, the things you should be able to talk to your doctor about.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the ignorant judgment and rude unfriendly office staff, and go pretty much anywhere else.

I’m updating my review to 3 stars after this past week.
I called the nurses line on Monday morning with some concerns and by the afternoon, I was seen by the doctor. The nurse actually called me back twice after getting my voicemail. I saw Dr. Ashbeck. Everything was fine and my questions were answered. The next day, a student ran right into my pregnant belly and called the nurses line again. Luckily, Dr. Ashbeck was on call and the nurse was able to relay my information. I didn’t have to go in for an appointment. Dr. Ashbeck remembered me from the day before and the nurse called me back within 20 minutes (after speaking to Dr. Ashbeck).
