Bob, Bruce, Jeff, and staff will take great care of you. I have been taking my old beat-​up Dodge here for years (insert Dodge jokes here). The staff here is honest and straight forward with repair estimates and provide honest opinions about upgrades or downgrades. Please don’t confuse this with an «up sell» — they don’t do it. They provide the option.
I have not found a greater crew or shop in my many years of driving. I will choose to tow my truck across town before trusting anyone else with my vehicles. There is a reason this shop has been around for a while and will be here for years to come.

Sent a message to this business through the Unilocal site regarding headlight restoration on 10.10.2015. Today is 10.15.2015 and no response. Unilocal says to call them but I will not call a business that does not reply to the inquiry. Maybe they are just too too busy and do not need the small headlight restoration business and my 1 star review will not hurt. All the best SWA & 4X4. Just ignore messages from Unilocal prospects and you can aim to stay in business for another 25 years.

Passing through Denver and my 96 Ford van was leaking coolant. Stopped at the I25 Ford dealership to have it repaired. After 2−½ hours of waiting they told me I needed a water pump and could have it ready by end of day and really needed both intake gaskets replaced, another day… Really??? A whole day for a water pump at a dealership?
Left, got on phone called a car guy friend that lives in the Denver area looking for references and he sent me to Southwest Automotive & 4×4.
Rather than trust the dealer they did their own troubleshooting. They replaced a leaking hose located above the water pump and had us back on the road in two hours.
Outstanding technical skills.
Outstanding customer service.
Very fare pricing.
Clean organized shop.
Watching the staff work with other customers was a pleasure.
This shop seems to be all about customers for life.

Brought my Subaru for the replacement of the catalytic converter. Took a little time said that the two sensors needed to be replaced agreed and pricing was what I expected.

One thing I can tell you about this place is that they are truly honest!!! I brought my van over for them to fix a flat tire, they told me it is not fixable. They found me a decent used tire, put it on and tried to tell me it no charge. NO CHARGE, what are you kidding me? I had a 20 spot in my pocket and gave it to them. Nice people!!! They earned my business!
