Just purchased a home in Stapleton and Randy was awesome every step of the way. I highly recommend Randy.
It was plain to see that he had our best interests at heart at ALL times. It was also obvious that Randy takes a great deal of pride in doing things the right way and treating his clients right. Never a short cut, always prepared with relevant research and observations that went beyond the surface.
For example, he contacted city planners and other officials for clarification on the plans of new road development near the home we ended up purchasing. He wanted to be ABSOLUTELY sure that there would be no future impacts to our immediate area.
We looked at another home nearby. He walked the back yard and observed a drainage issue that could require expensive repairs in the future. Low and behold we later learned that the builder had already been back once to remediate and the issue was not necessarily resolved.
In many other instances Randy raised concerns regarding homes we considered making bids on. He wanted us to have all the facts and make an informed decision and not rush into anything. He worked with us for months and months on end touring us through 50 or 60 homes (maybe more) to the point where I was getting impatient with myself.
The only explanation for this kind of patience and positivity is that Randy must really enjoy the process of finding the RIGHT home. This patience and positivity combined with his ridiculous knowledge of home construction, mortgages, soils, building materials, and seemingly everything else related to a home made Randy the perfect Real Estate pro for us.

We have been working with Randy for over a year. He has infinite patience as our search criteria has tightened over the year. He has the ability to see what you don’t with homes. He has incredible insight and is willing to give advice if you want it, which again, I highly recommend. If your looking for a Realtor who knows his trade and is willing to go the extra mile Randy is your guy.

If you can find a realtor with over 30 years of real estate experience and who also knows the construction side of things, you can start feel more at ease about the purchase of your new home. Randy will drive around all day with you and check out hundreds of homes if that is what it takes to find your new home. Randy is also one of the nicest people that I have met and having a good working relationship with my realtor was important to me.

I would give Randy six stars if I was able… Over the past 25 years, we have bought and sold all of our houses through Randy. He is the consummate professional — he is always prepared, shows up early, and never pressures you to do anything you are absolutely not ready to do. His knowledge of housing construction is amazing (he has been a certified home inspector) and he is great at explaining financing, especially for new home buyers. I trust him completely.
Randy is very patient — we looked for 9 months before we bought our current house, but it was worth the wait.
I have also referred Randy to (and I am not exaggerating here) about 20 people, and EVERY ONE of them have thanked me for setting them up with Randy. He is, simply, the best!

Recently I sent a young couple to Randy to assist them with the purchase of their first home. Even though their budget is modest, Randy treated them like a million dollars. He really cares about his clients.

Randy helped me and my husband get into our first home and I am so grateful for that. He took ample time preparing for our meeting and had a well thought out plan for our outings. I didn’t have to second guess his opinion or ask for more options because he had done all the work for me and I trusted his professional opinion. He knows his stuff!!! Great experience, so happy we went with him.

I purchased a home last year, and Randy was absolutely amazing!
During the house-​hunting, Randy did an amazing job of narrowing down the field and focusing on homes that I expressed interest in. He would send me some listings during the week, and I would tell him what I thought of them. Then, he took my thoughts and narrowed down the field. By the time the weekend rolled around, we were able to go out for showings and we didn’t have to waste time on homes that I would never have liked. Every home Randy showed me was a home that met my criteria, so house hunting didn’t feel like a chore, it was actually very interesting!
Eventually, we found the home I wanted.
The home was a dirt-​start, and right from the beginning Randy demonstrated just how much how knows about the industry. He actually stumped the sales agent on a coupe things, and asked questions I wouldn’t have even dreamed about! (Soil composition, foundation development, all sorts of other weird things that I can’t even remember)
Later on, at the pre-​drywall meeting, Randy caught all sorts of things that the foreman had missed. (Seriously, how do you eyeball a window frame and know that its going to look uneven before the drywall is even up?!) The little things that Randy caught will probably save me weeks of aggravation and potentially thousands of dollars down the road.
Then came the pre-​closing inspection. I got there on time, and Randy had obviously already been there for a while. He had already marked several things the builder had to fix… things that I would never have caught. Once again, LOTS of time and money saved!
Possibly the best part of the whole experience was that anytime I was confused, lost, or just didn’t know what to do… I just called Randy. He was always available. He always knew exactly what was going on, and he always knew exactly how to handle it.
I have no doubt that this transaction would have been MUCH more complicated and more stressful if it hadn’t been for him. For that, he has my eternal gratitude!
