I have had nothing but excellent service from this branch of Public Service Credit Union, as well as over the phone, and at the branch located on S University Blvd. All of the staff have been so helpful and friendly, and have done an excellent job when it comes to questions that I’ve had about my account. I think that it’s pretty rare to find great service from a bank, and especially to find great service across the board, so I have to give Public Service Credit Union a giant thumbs up. Thanks for everything, you guys are great and I will recommend you to my family and friends.

Very unhappy with the lack of «service» at Public Service Credit Union. I direct deposit thousands monthly and asked for a $ 3 credit for a fee. Not only did they say «no» they did not appreciate my business they agreed I should bank elsewhere. This was from their manager today!
So I will go elsewhere. I will share this with my fellow employees at Colorado s largest health care provider. I will share on

Secondly, they damaged my credit on a false 30 day late… when I was seeking a home loan through them! It will make a nice Fair Credit Reporting Act case.
PSCU should respond to this. The proof will be in the pudding. Be cautious about PSCU. It is essentially a last ditch servicer for car dealership auto loans. I never received nor any terms and conditions from PSCU after buying my car, so this company is operating below the law. SMH. Shaking my head.

Conveniently located ATM and credit union, as well as a service center — I was always able to process transactions for my c.u. accounts here fee-​free. They also have a cute little kiddie corner to occupy your tots while money is changing hands.
