Pizza Hut

This place used to be wonderful so my wife and I ordered a thin crust pizza. That was our first mistake when it was delivered it look like a big corn chip with cheese and Canadian bacon on it it was so thin and crispy it was as thin as cardboard! Then when we saw our bill there was some sort of convenience fee of $ 2.75. Convenience fee .What the hell is that? This was the crappiest pizza I’ve ever eaten and it cost us 20 bucks for a medium pizza!! Never will order from there again. Caesar’s pizza for 5 bucks made this pizza look like road kill the next time I want to spend 20 bucks for a pizza I’ll go to Mcpizzeria or pick up a8 Papa Murphy’s. and it still won’t cost me 20 bucks
P.s I have eating frozen pizzas at the supermarket that put this to shame. I would have eaten the box and it probably would have tasted better than this pizza. Okay I guess you get the hint I was totally dissatisfied.

Delivery. Quick for chain standards, 35 – 45 mins, drivers are professional. That is where the compliments stop. Pizza Hut standards have grossly declined over the last decade, what passes for acceptable is appalling. The pizza was undercooked the first time and second time it was overcooked. Always, even when paid for, extra toppings are scarce, even if you get a specialty pizza. Over priced, poor taste and poor quality food.

I know you can’t expect much from a Mexican fast food joint but this was the worst drive thru experience my boyfriend and I have ever encountered. First, we pull up and the guy sounded like he had never operated one in his life. He didn’t say a thing. There was pure silence until we said «hello!» He finally managed to say hi back after a good 30 seconds. Then… we waited for him to ask us what we wanted and he finally yelled in a rude manner, «ORDER WHEN YOU’RE READY!» We then had to to push through the awkward silences and assume he was comprehending our order, and also had to demand our total at the end.
When we drove up to the window we saw him in the back giving us dirty looks while cleaning the floor. The lady at the register had the hardest time putting lids on our drinks and it took about 5 minutes to give us our food overall. After enduring this painful trip to Taco Bell my bf and I didn’t feel safe eating the food, given the nasty looks and overall sketchy feeling, so we threw it away! We will never go back to this Taco Bell location ever again and will be making a special visit to the manager.
