I got my car detailed here last June and forgot to review it until now.
I got a living social deal from here for a full exterior and interior detailing and my car was only about a year old at the time and just a tad dirty on the inside from the winter and just had a lot of orange dirt/​salt spots on the outside that wasn’t coming off during regular car washes at home or in an actual car wash so I decided a detailing was needed to make it look good again. First time I booked an appointment at noon on a friday, I drove all the way there only to find out they didn’t have a record of me even making an appointment at all and for a car my size (a small SUV?) I would need to bring it first thing in the morning since it would take all day to do (I told them the make/​model when I made this forgetten about appointment too, but anyway…). I rescheduled for 2 weeks later since that was the next free weekday I had where I could part with my car for the whole day.
Flash forward 2 weeks later– I drop my car off at 8:30 am and have someone drive me home. I get a call at 10 am saying my car is already done and ready to go because «it wasn’t that dirty». Since I planned on not being able to get my car until at least sometime in the afternoon since they had made me re-​book just because the length of time it would take to do my car, I had to sit at home and wait for my ride to bring me back to get my car in the afternoon. I get there and see my car parked and ready to go. I open the car door and the interior smelled clean but there was still dirt/​sand under and around the mats and in the door creases. It looks like they just vacuumed it and just wiped down the seats and windows to be honest. Then I check up on the exterior– it looks EXACTLY the same. Same orange dirt spots all over the car that don’t come off with a regular wash. They had clearly just run my car through the car wash to clean the exterior and that’s it. I calmly spoke to the manager about my dissatisfaction who said he didn’t do my car and apologized and would clean the exterior with a cleaner and I saw him and another worker start to scrub the exterior with a cleaner before I left and came back about an hour later. I noticed all the dirt and spots were gone and thanked them and left.
A couple days later, my car looks FLITHY. Not normal dirty, like my car didn’t even look white anymore, it was beige/​brown. I thought that maybe it was from driving on a dirt parking lot earlier that day, so I try to wash my car at home. The brown color would not come off no matter how hard is scrubbed with a sponge. I feel my car paint and notice the wax COMPLETELY stripped off my car by whatever they did to «clean» it. Not only did my car look worse then before I had even got it detailed, but now I had to pay to get it detailed again elsewhere since I couldn’t make my car look white again without getting it scrubbed/​buffed/​waxed again. I ended up getting it detailed at the car dealership and my car looked as good as the day I bought it again.
I’m not sure if my negative experience was because I bought a living social deal so they just didn’t care to spend a lot of time on it, but they were just flat out unprofessional from the get-​go and they cost me a lot of time and aggravation. Don’t waste your money here getting your car detailed.

I’m so glad I went here after buying the detail service from Groupon. I’m very happy with the results! My 5-​year old, small SUV’s interior looks AND smells new again. The interior is immaculate! The seats and carpets have been thoroughly washed. The dashboard, radio, cup-​holders, etc look new again. The backseat and trunk are also very clean. I’m impressed and recommend them. My only suggestion is that it can be tricky to get an appointment over the phone, especially if you’re looking for a Saturday appointment (they get busy). I ended up stopping by and scheduling an appointment in person for a weekday when I knew I’d be around. I dropped my car off at 8:30AM and got the call that it was finished around 11AM. I was glad my car wasn’t tied up all day. I’ll be a repeat customer!

We had a fantastic experience today when 2 employees helped us remove sticky tree sap from our sedan. The whole process was a total success and we’re very pleased with the results. Job well done, Jetstream! Would recommend your car wash to anyone regardless of how sticky a problem you may have.

I recently bought a Groupon to have my car detailed here. They did a wonderful job, and it was done in 2 hours. I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the negative reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will be back!

This guys do phenomenal detailing! I will undoubtedly be bringing my car back here, and will be sending friends and family here!

Their service and demeanor was very unprofessional. When we returned to pick up our car we were displeased with the results because there was still dust all over the dashboard and only one tire came clean. They said the detailing package only included the car wash’s tire wash/​clean and that it would cost $ 60 for them to clean the tires by hand to remove the filth. Also, when we told the employee that we were displeased we could barely understabd anything he said because of a HEAVY accent and, of course, he was the ONLY employee on-​site, but he very CLEARLY told us that he wasn’t the one that detailed the car. I would NEVER return and I would not recommend!

The automated cloth wash does a respectable job of cleaning the car and is much more effective than the touchless «laser wash» offerings in the area. So far the tire guides/​rails have not been an issue (no wheel contact or rim damage) for me, but I have not taken a vehicle with low-​profile tires through yet (I will update this review at such time). It looks like a modern wash that could handle such tire/​wheel combos safely.
The prices are moderate, especially if you choose to prepay via one of their discount cards. They always hand dry the car after the automated blower, so you are paying a little extra for the human touch. It is nice to have no water spots or streaks on the vehicle.
I should note that the first time I ever tried this wash they applied tire shine with a package that didn’t list it. Sure it was given to me gratis, but it was not desired. The next time I was there I mentioned this to the operator, who happened to be a manager, and since then I have not had this problem.
The people are friendly, but I do wish they had longer hours as it can be difficult to arrive before the 6 pm closing time. Also, they tend to close for the day if the forecast calls for rain.
I have only used the standard automated carwash line. I cannot comment on their detailing services.

Always gets the car clean, prices average. Modern equipment. Great service.
