History
Established in 2008.
J-Range Training was created after Sean Johnson (president and founder) submitted a patent application for the unique J-Range methods; helping people find their unique ranges of motion. Individualizing range of motion adds a whole new meaning to individualization by offering the safest and most effective workouts possible. Clients never have to worry about harming their joints by pushing themselves in the gym ever again!
Sean Johnson has been a personal trainer for over 15 years, and has helped countless clients achieve results they never thought were possible. From mothers of three becoming smaller than they were before their children, to 60 year old women having more strength than an average 20 year old guy, to pain sufferers being able to finally work out again while making their long-term pains eventually go away for good… nothing is impossible using J-Range Training!
Sean has since created a team of trainers who offer the best results ever possible here at J-Range Training!

I have dedicated much of my time studying and researching — attempting to make sense of everything. My goal is always to give people hope when they feel there is none. My research has a direct compassion attached to it (with a lot of sympathy), while always attempting to find the hidden truth behind all of the chaos.
