History

Established in 2009.

Program designed by weight loss experts with years of experience in helping people achieve their personal health goals. Started and run by a team of registered dietitians, behaviorists, medical doctor and nurse practitioners. They were tired of the number of programs taking advantage of those who want to be healthy and achieve their goals by offering unsupported products and advice. Instead, they focused on evidenced based, scientifically proven strategies for success and offered plans that were affordable and give long term results. Their goal is to be a community health partner and encourage healthy, happy communities.

With over 12 years experience working with those looking for lasting change, Barb customized a diet corrections program that focuses on teaching people strategies for making daily choices. Clients say that it is the «easiest plan (they) have ever had!» As a registered dietitian, you can rest assured that you get a medically safe weight loss program, no matter what your health condition.
