So the car repair aspect — amazing –they did everything perfectly, were communicative, professional, friendly, very impressed — they even cleaned my car and put air in my tires.
The enterprise portion is the part I want to Unilocal about. There are two reps there, a woman and a man. The man was excellent, friendly, above and beyond customer service.etc. The woman was almost comically bad. The guy was on a work call when I first approached, she was not, and was trying to shove a metal box under his desk for some reason — he was trying to help a customer and she was banging the box around, so loud, I felt terrible for the guy who was trying to stay professional. He helped me that day and everything was great. When I returned to pick up my car and return the rental She was texting and made me wait for her to finish, she was just sitting there while her phone (her work/​enterprise phone) was ringing non stop — I remember thinking wow I Hope I never have to call them… I did have to call them today by the way and sat on hold for 14 minutes… When I picked up my car, she was awkward and walked away and I had to ask her if she needed anything else from me? and she was like «if you just hang on a second.» as if I was being impatient but I was just confused I didn’t know if we were done or not. I really felt like I was an inconvenience to her, and i was literally the only person there so it’s not like there was a line. It wasn’t so bad that i’d say she should be fired or anything, but I want people to know that the guy was awesome and she was strange and offputting and if you come from a customer service background it’s pretty shocking to see! I hope that guy gets a promotion!

This place is awful. Save yourself the headache and take your car elsewhere. My experience from start to finish was awful. They tried to give me my car back with parts hanging off. Now there is a rattle in my door which wasn’t there previously. To say these guys are incompetent would be a compliment. Slime balls, the whole lot of them. Stay as far away as possible. Unless you’re renting from enterprise, they were the only decent part about this garbage shop.

I got a windshield replaced here. The price was very reasonable ($ 210 vs a $ 350 quote from safe-​lite), and they even vacuumed & washed the vehicle. They dropped me off at my office a few blocks away, and picked me up again. Very satisfied.

I’ve been here twice after auto accidents and both times had an excellent experience. The staff was professional and handled everything well from start to finish. When I had an appt for either the estimate or repairs I never had to wait and was helped right away. There is an Enterprise car rental on site so a car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Both CarStar and Enterprise worked with my insurance so that it was minimal hassle for me. I would definitely recommend them if you need auto body repair in the Highlands Ranch area.

If I could put a ZERO star rating I would. They had our car for 54 days and the insurance only paid for 30 days of the rental car. The manager kept making excuses as to why they were taking too long (they quoted 24 days for finish). They didn’t pay for all of the rental car for the remaining 24 days they had it after insurance paid. A few weeks after getting it back, our transmission went out because of «critters» eating the wires for weeks when it was in their possession. The dealership that fixed the transmission stated the car would have had to been outside or in a shed of some sort wherein a rabbit/​s were keeping warm in the car and eating the wire covers. So — on top of all of the costs for the body shop repairs (which were not all that great) we had to pay $ 417 additional costs to fix our transmission. WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Very helpful staff! Kelly and Amy were awesome to deal with. Our car looked awesome and you could tell they actually wanted to help! Our VW looked in showroom condition when I picked it up
