Hertz Rent A Car

The entire thing went from bad to worse. The car was almost undriveable: it was in desperate need of an alignment and the driver’s seat would not stay lifted, every time I got in the car I had to pump it back up to put me in proper position to see. Then, the day after I returned the car I got a call from the location saying that my insurance company was refusing to pay for the rental. I called my insurance, they told me they had said no such thing. The insurance company then called Hertz, the person at Hertz said they didn’t know they were even supposed to bill insurance. WHAT?! I called Hertz back, talked to four different people and not a single one of them could explain to me exactly what had happened or why. No one has a clue what they are doing. No one still has given me an apology for the mess up at the beginning or the crappy car they gave me to drive. I am disgusted. I would never willingly choose Hertz to rent a car from. Horrific experience!

The Hertz at 311 E. County LIne Rd, LIttleton, CO has on its staff avery sarcastic boy who told me, in two different conversations, that he couldn’t take care of any of my requests, couldn’t answer any of my questions, and felt it necessary to send me out the door with another dose of his sarcasm. There are so many car rental companies, I can’t imagine why I would ever deal with Hertz again.
