I have been going to this FS for years. The turnover is tremendous. I asked for a simple haircut and ended up with the worst ever. The attitude there is pretty poor and the stylist (??) a bit snobbish. I think I’ll find another place.

I read the reviews on this location only after I had booked an appointment. The lady that did my root touch up didn’t even try. I’m a light platinum blonde, but she touched me up with a brassy reddish blonde. I feel that she could have used a toner or lighter shade of blonde at least. It is especially frustrating because she didn’t even offer to fix it. It was mine she just wanted me to leave as soon as I got there. I just with I had read before I booked…

I have been going to the salon for a few months and I had two hairstylists that were very good. They left and I decided to try a new stylist who apparently has had experience in the other Sam salon for a while. Her name is … Katelan or something
I left the salon with three color hair and a haircut that was awful to say the least. She thinned my hair and it was uneven all over. I was so mad!!! I am glad my hair is long enough I can still wear it in a pony tail. I have been doing that for the last 3 weeks, cursing every time I see my self in the mirror and trying to calm down since it is only hair and it will grow back. Thanks and I paid $ 70, too. Shall I ask for my money back at least?

Went in for a facial waxing by a woman named Echo, as in, the fear echoed in my brain throughout the process. Made an appointment because my lunch breaks are very time sensitive, and they still made me wait 30 minutes. Then Echo proceeded to spill hot wax on my cheek by accident. She did my eyebrows and lip and there were wisps of wax all over my face afterward. I had to instruct her on where to clean my face up. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Avoid this place like the plague!

OK, I have given it several months since the OWNER of this Fantastic Sam called me, apologized and offered me a refund. Well, the refund never did come. Seems that this establishment not only gives BAD HAIRCUTS, but the owner’s word is just as impressive.
