Love this shop! They carry a very nice selection of charts, supplies & fabrics plus they’ll order anything you need. I always look forward to a trip to the stitching shop. Glad I found this place when I moved here!

I have to afree with Julia J — I had been shoping here for years before the new owner took over. I have tried many times to like the shop and the new staff, but the owner is very rude. I think she has something against younger women to be honest with you, because she is gushingly sweet with the older ladies who have been in the shop but acted like she coudln’t be bothered with me. Sadly I will order online unless I can’t absolutely find what I need. It is too bad becuase there are no other options for cross stitch in the area.

The two ladies at the store were nice and friendly, but unfortunately they did not have what I wanted: they do not carry, or have even used, the Lecien Cosmo embroidery floss (they have DMC). They did suggest how I could find another local store that did carry it though, which was nice. I might come back if I wanted a special type of stitching fabric or help with a pattern, but maybe not since I have another source for Cosmo (my fave thread).

I love Fancimats! The owner is very friendly and helpful, and there is something for everyone! I love all their selection and it is a one stop shop! Looooooove it! I don’t know how you can not find what you need or looking for. Very roomy and spacious also! They also have tons of finished samples and cross stitches for you to see and get ideas from. The shop was very busy with people constantly in and out purchasing things and when I came, also had a group of women cross stitching with each other. Inexpensive, rare finds, I can spend all day there.
