First of all, THANK YOU.
Second, here’s my story. It was a rainy day in Littleton and I was off to a movie. As I pulled out of my parking spot, it became ridiculously hard to steer my car. This was a moment of extreme frustration because I just had my new used car «completely repaired» by another shop (stay tuned for that review). Anyway, the stars aligned for me because Excel Diesel and SUV was nearby. I strong-​armed my car into their parking lot and they welcomed my charming beat up SUV into their garage with open arms. They told me there would be no charge to look at it. I let them know I would have the work done under warranty by this other shop. Still they looked it over, called me back quickly and I could tell they were rooting for me to hold the other shop responsible for repair instead of pushing me to keep it in their shop. I have called them back multiple times with questions and requests for paperwork and they have been nothing but accommodating. You can tell this shop has good people with good intentions working for them.
I will be sure to take my little SUV to them for all other repairs, once this other shop takes care of what they broke.
That is what customer service should look like.

Tried Excel diesel one more time, brought in my brand new Dodge for routine maintenance. Wow, what a complete turn around. They have all new management and are completely about customer service. I had a lot of work done to the truck and the total started getting pretty high, the manager helped me out as much as he could and ended up taking $ 60 off. Couldnt ask for a better group running that shop.

Excel Diesel repair in Littleton CO saved my butt. We needed a new windshield, new brakes, and some work done on our suspension. I knew about what it SHOULD cost to get these things done but finding a place to do a good job all while keeping the price reasonable was going to be tough. Bill at Excel Diesel gave me his word he would treat us right and he did. In return I promised I would spread the word so that’s what I’m doing here. These guys are greta, give them a try!
