I hesitated in writing this review but I felt Chantae was so unprofessional that I owed other brides the courtesy. From the beginning Chantae was hard to get a hold of. When I emailed her my idea, she read the email completely out of context and wrote me a long email about how she couldn’t create the altar. I made clear to her on a call, I was not wanting to re-create the whole picture, rather, just the draping on the altar. I decided to go with someone else on the altar. She is horrible about returning calls, picking up the phone or checking email. I figured I would give her a second chance and see if she could do the simpler decorations for the night before. After multiple attempts to reach her, she finally called me back and agreed to meet me in Castle Rock. I even took off work early. I texted her that I was on my way from Denver. Literally 2 minutes before I got off the Castle Rock exit, she called and said she lost track of time and was still in Westminster in 5pm traffic hour on a rainy day!!. Chantae asked if I could stay in Castle Rock and wait for her for 2 hours! Chantae was insistent that I meet her at the hotel even though I offered to provide her dimensions since I wanted a small set up. I ended driving 2 hours home with no meeting in place. Chantae never apologized or took responsibility for being late, not even when I was on the phone with her. After 2 days of sleeping on it, looking at her reviews on other sites, I decided not to book with her. I am glad, because I ended up finding a reputable company to handle my night. If she couldn’t be timely for our meeting and«lost track of time», I can’t imagine stressing the day of whether or not she would show up. I highly suggest you read other reviews before booking with Denver Mandap aka Enchante Celebrations.

We used Chantae for a chuppah at our wedding in June. Chantae was INCREDIBLY helpful, offering to take us on at the last minute when our original decorating plans fell through a month before our wedding. The chuppah was absolutely gorgeous, a four-poster, large arch made out of sturdy birch with gorgeously draped ivory silk. While we never saw Chantae the day of the wedding, her handiwork was standing tall, well before the beginning of the ceremony, despite delays and rescheduling due to inclement weather. We HIGHLY recommend Chantae for a classy, beautiful addition to any wedding.
