Business Owner
Dr. David Crockett attended the Pacific University College of Optometry where he received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1982. He additionally completed advanced training in Specular Magnification and Aniseikonia, Vision Related Learning Disabilities, Advanced Contact Lenses and Sports Vision.
Dr. Mandy Dailey is originally from Kingsport, Tennessee. After earning her bachelor’s in Biology from Wofford College, she went on to attend Southern College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry in 2011. She completed her residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-Management at Southern Eye Associates of Memphis in 2012, and has been an Associate at Insight Eyecare Center since October of 2012.
While in optometry school, Dr. Dailey participated in Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, Lions Club, College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and was President of the student Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians.
