Wait wait wait. I’ve been coming here a long time but their inefficiency and difficult customer service has become intolerable. We had a 2pm appointment and it is 3:30p, they are«behind». Ridiculous. I’m done with these people after today. Bad management.

Terrible service. ordered contacts — exact same contacts as my previous doctor ordered. The bottles and the info on the bottles was exactly the same. Dr Fish charged $ 300 more than my previous doctor. Both my wife and I switched to Dr Fish and we will NOT go back. They are a rip off.

Dr. Repine gave my elderly mom eye drops and instructed her to put one drop three times a day. She immediately began complaining of stinging and worsening vision. After three days, I looked at the bottle. It expired 2 years ago! I called the office and they denied giving it to her. I’ve tried to speak directly with the doctor for two days now, and she won’t call me back. The story goes on; but I want to keep this short. Dr. Repine and her office have taken NO responsibility for their actions and the extent of their response has been to blame the manufacturer.

This was honestly the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at any doctor’s office. I showed up early for my 2:10 appointment, only to be told that they didn’t have me in their computer, and I in fact did not have an appointment — but it was«a coincidence» that there was no appointment scheduled in my time slot and they could«squeeze me in»…yeah, coincidence. So I filled out the requested paperwork and waited, and waited, and waited. For over an hour past my appointment time. Finally when I went to the reception desk to ask why I hadn’t been seen yet, the tech came out and called my name. I told her to cancel my appointment and I would not be coming back. The office is twenty five minutes each way from where I work, so I wasted two hours of my work day attempting to get my eyes checked. I made an appointment for Visionworks the next day, and they had me in, out and a new pair of glasses ordered in less time than I sat in Repine’s waiting room.

This place is a factory. Waited over 1.5 hrs to see the doctor – asked the technician if there was an emergency that caused the delay and she said no – this is their norm. Heard another patient in the next room threatening to leave as he had been left sitting over an hour. When I finally did get to see Dr Letko, he was very impersonal and spent about 60 seconds looking at my eyes. I do not feel that I got adequate care at this facility and will not return to this office.
