Comcast Service Center

This review pertains to this location only. After spending hours online «chatting» with customer service reps based overseas (don’t get me started), I was finally told that I could swap out our defective cable boxes at this location. Stopped in this afternoon and after about a two minute wait, a very helpful young lady by the name of Hui Jin took care of my problem and replaced our old boxes with new ones. Pleasant, smiling, truly helpful service. I was out of the store and on my way home within less than ten minutes. We installed the new boxes in around twenty minutes and were back up and running again.
The only reason this isn’t a five star review is that the automated installation «voice» had a hard time recognizing our phone number in its system, which was frustrating given my time online and on the phone yesterday.

We have tried for over two weeks to get my dad’s nursing a home phone line hooked up via Century Link. After being on hold for hours of life, they claimed the line was operational on Thursday. They did, not fulfill their obligation. Although he is being billed for it his phone line it is not useable. When we asked to make sure it was credited we were told we would need to call another Century Link number. Unexcusable this level of service in this day and age… We sure wish we had another choice. Waiting still for working phone service.

After numerous battles with the online chat technicians, I decided to test my luck at a brick and mortar store. I am so glad that I did! Adrienne fixed my problem and had me out of there in under 5 minutes. I will never try to resolve a Comcast issue via the phone or web again. For a company with such poor customer service, this location is a gem.

Arianne Fiebig, all I have to say is Wow! I have been with Comcast since 2003 and have had my fair share of up and down service. I have had my plans switched and my boxes turned off on accident to the point now that I only go into the store if I want to see changes in my plan, I never call anymore. So you can imagine my anxiety when I had to move to another town and the husband wanted to stay with xfinity! I visited this office and had the GRAND luck of working with Arianne! She made my transition into a new home the most pleasant cable transition of my life! She definitely knows how to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s so you fully understand what you are paying for and deliveres what she promises to the enth degree!!! A+++ rating in customer service and satisfaction for Arianne! Comcast is very fortunate to have her on their team!

If I could give negative stars, i would. This company never follows through with what they promise and when you call time and time again for resolution you hear crickets and the «ma’am is there anything else I can help with» generic answer. I just told you what I needed and my concern /​frustration was ignored. All she wanted was to upgrade me. When i initially signed up for Comcast over a year ago, the representative told me i would have Internet for 39.99/month for 1 year; six months into my contract my price went up 69.99/month. I called in for resolution, and was promised a call back to fix it after they did some research. Of course no one called me back. And after me calling again, wasting my time, I got no where. Then a sales person calls and offers me a $ 3.00 upgrade with tv. I agreed, and my next bill went up to $ 130.00. When I called for help, they basically just ignored my frustrations and said have a good day. Now another sales person calls me today to sell me some internet package that i already should have. I asked to talk to a customer service rep, and she ignored me. I’ve wasted a lot of time spending a lot of money with a company that needs to work on customer service and finality. I will be switching companies.

Arianne Fiebig gave us some of the best and most helpful service we’ve ever received, let alone from a utility-​type company. Sorry to say that typically my experience with Comcast has been a nightmare regardless of what state or city I’m in. But, Arianne was great, and totally took care of everything with professionalism and friendliness. Comcast would do well to study her customer approach and use it as training and best practices for employees throughout the organization. She rocks.

If I could give comcast –5 stars I would give it –10. Idk about this location but comcast fucking blows. We’ve «had» the service for a month and still haven’t been able to use the Internet or cable cause they fucking suck and don’t know shit.

We started a contract with comcast xfinity recently. We went to 7500 so pierce st littleton colorado 80 128. I couldn’t believe Charles, the rep that helped us with a contract. I put his card somewhere so I lost his last name. BUT… you will surely reconize who I am complimenting! Charles has an unbelieveable costumer service manner, YOU NEVER see that great service anywhere! SO it is surely worth your drive to go to 7500 so pierce in littleton colorado. WAIT for Charles if needed, to wait. I rate him much higher than their top score. By the way, I expect Charles to get reconized by his upper management and he should get raises because he truley represents Comcasy xfinity the best possible.

I have known Sean Cook of Comcast (from his tenures @ ParkMeadows/​LoneTree, Lakewood & Littleton Comcast stores) for a number of years. In a technology environment, he has technical knowledge; and equally as important to the Comcast customer and consumer, Sean is about customer relationships and customer service… he is a real «people person.» He has always been pleasant and helpful. Sean, thanks for taking care of my family members about town!

I went into the store to try and upgrade my device because I believed I would receive better help then I had trying numerous times on the phone. I was looking to upgrade to HD and get wireless service and bundle everything with my Verizon account. Well the clerk I had was so difficult and wanting me to jump through so many hops because I as not the main person on the account, although i am the one that pays the bill each month. She had me contact my mother who’s name is on the account. Then when I did she stated she was not going to talk to her because she stated she needed to call my mother herself. I explained that she was out of town for Christmas on vacation so finally she did talk to my mother and got authorization for me to be on the account, but after she hung up from talking to my mother she told me she would not help me any further and I could wait for another associate. They all had customers. Needless to say I have never been treated so rudely. I guess they forget we are the customer and really keep them in business and pay their salary. I can only assume this kind of conduct is sanctioned by management and as a result by the
upper executives also. I requested to speak to the manager but he was not there and was told would send him an email to call me. Which at this time had not happened.

Sean Cook, at this Littleton Comcast store, provides the best customer service I’ve ever received from a cable representative. He’s always pleasant and helpful. I’m grateful to his assistance on two separate occasions. He definitely deserves «Employee of the Year.»

I have had my fair share of interactions with Comcast in the past, and the customer service hasn’t always been up to par. I hear this sentiment echoed with several customers subscribed to Comcast who interacted with their customer service. I feel like I can safely proclaim that this is a thing of the past. The past few times I have called in I have been greeted by awesome customer service representatives who are real people genuinely trying to help– and are effective in doing so.
The most recent experience I had with their customer service blew me away. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and my issue was resolved extremely quickly. It’s changed my mind how I feel about this company. They have turned a new leaf and are rock stars at customer service.

1: I am a Comcast employee; however, in this situation I was there as a customer to resolve a problem. (I choose to drive in myself rather than wait til tomorrow for a service call at my house).
2: This is a review of the Comcast Store at this location, not Comcast in general.
I went to the Comcast Store to swap out two boxes that I had problems with. I was happy with the service I received. I was second in the waiting line, but was helped within five minutes. While I was there I was impressed that:
1. All the agents were friendly and polite.
2. They did not wait to clear things to the back before helping me (I’ve seen this at other places before). It seems they want to get you in and out, and then take care of those things while it is slow. I appreciate that.
3. There was an older lady ahead of me. She had questions on the billing and the employees explained things to her very clearly and let her know that she could probably get her WiFi hooked up herself or with help of a neighbor rather than pay $ 150 for Comcast to do it. The technician even waived her installation fees since she had come in because she was not clear on the billing statement. That is good service. (She didn’t ask for it)
4. There was a customer to close her account. It was nice to see them process her and not harass her to remain a customer (drives me nuts when companies do that to you).
5. Before I left the employee made sure I had everything, and even asked if I felt I had everything I needed.
I was very happy with my experience (and the previous time I was there about a year ago). This is not at all the company I hear the complaints about, and I can say that as a customer on this occasion I would recommend Comcast based on my experience.
