At The Beach Tanning Superstore

I come to this location at least twice a week. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgable. They greet me with a «hey Samantha!» as soon as I walk through the door. They’re always keeping me informed with sales on lotions and reviews on their best new products. The rooms and beds are always super clean and well kept. It has become the only place I tan.

Horrible Horrible Horrible place to go! STAY AWAY!
This was the first time I had gone to a tanning place and didn’t know what to expect, I clearly asked the manager Beth for advice and recommendations since it was my first time and also because I have very fair skin. This girl put me in a low bed with very high intensifying lotion for 20 min. I did not think anything of it and thought this was normal but come to find out that is the worst combination she could have done. I am now siting here with the worst sunburn of my life and boils on my skin. Not only did she burn me but also when I called her to get an explanation she was very rude and Cleary did not care. I also called the corporate office but got the same attitude they were non apologetic and offered me no kind of reimbursement or remorse. For me I’m more upset about the lack of education the employee offered me and turned my experience into a traumatic one. Educate yourself before you go here because the staff are ill suited to.

Service was horrible when I walked on there was no one there to help me and I had to wait five minutes… I usually go there for quick service but this time was not so good… I like it there but it was just this one time… I still recommend it overall but this one experience wasn’t a good one.
