Would love to know where they moved.

Went to pickup my cloths and the place is empty? Does anyone know how to get ahold of them? :(

HELP !!! They’re closed up for good and they have my dry cleaning… Does anyone know how to reach them? I’ve tried the Jeffco Sheriff, BBB, neighboring cleaners all to no avail :(

The owner provides THE MOST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever experienced. Classic example of a dedicated small business owner. Personable, friendly and conscientious. They just started home delivery as well. Please consider using this business; you won’t regret it.

I just called this place at 1:25pm on Thursday Afternoon and their voicemail box is full and so I tried a second and a third time, still the same result. I am Pretty Disappointed. I understand if this is 10pm at night, but this is between regular business hours from 9am to 5pm. Plus, today is no Holiday! So Good Luck trying to get a hold of them, they should at least hire an Answering Service or empty their voicemail!

Great dry cleaners! Excellent service! We used this dry cleaners for the first time today and we ‘ll definitely go back. Dry cleaning is a hard industry to distinguish a top dry cleaners from a mediocre one, but Aspen Leaf managed to do just that. Their impeccable service (carried the cleaned items out to my car) and low prices have earned my future business.

Friendliest dry cleaners I have every used! From my first stop in there they always remember who I am. The customer service is top notch. They are even able to remove stains that other dry cleaners won’t bother with. Give them a try you won’t be dissapointed.

A recent party mishap involving a new suit that I just purchased (seriously, I had only worn this thing two times) lead to a small stain finding its way onto my jacket’s lapel. It wasn’t big but noticeable enough to be a pain. I called around several different cleaners near my house to see if any of them performed spot cleanings. I mean the suit was practically brand new, no sense in sending it through the whole dry cleaning process for one little stain. Unfortunately all of them said that they didn’t really do spot jobs and I’d probably have to pay full price for the entire jacket.
So I brought my jacket to Aspen Leaf since it’s close to my office. I stepped in and was happily greeted by the man at the counter. I explained that I wanted the suit cleaned but mostly wanted to make sure that they took care of the small stain on the lapel. He kindly cut me off and said, «hang on, let me try something,» and took the jacket in the back. I waited patiently and he quickly returned with the jacket spot free. When asked how much I owed he waved me off and said, «no charge, you’re good to go!»
It’s customer service like that will ensure that I come back to Aspen Leaf. Next time I need something dry cleaned I know just who to bring it to.
