After years of providing computer support for fortune 500 companies and the government, I decided to freelance and start my own venture. Taking my previous computer experience and providing information technology services to local customers.

Extensive experience as a Computer Operator, Desktop Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst and PC Technician in the following environments: DOS, Windows 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, HP-​UX, Novell UnixWare, and SUN Solaris operating systems. Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Citrix, Novell GroupWise, Novell Netware, SAP, Remedy, and networking in MS Windows environment. Experience performing hardware and software installations, maintenance, as well as upgrades on personal computers and UNIX workstations.
