Established in 2009.

Andrew Arevalo branched off from his former Keller Williams group to form his own team, The Ingenious Group. Currently, the team consists of Andrew and an entire staff ready to help you when you’re ready.

Andrew is a native to the Denver area and has been in sales for 15 years now. He is the youngest of 4 children. Andrew has been selling real estate going on 5 year now and has helped hundreds of people during this time.

Growing up Andrew didn’t have a lot of people in his life and values anyone and everyone he comes into contact with. This is the primary reason Andrew chose to help people buy a home or sell houses. It is his desire to be in connected relationships and be apart of that lasting memory of buying a home or selling a house.

Long term Andrew desires to have his own fully funded production company creating films that inspire people across the globe. Andrew wants everyone to grab a hold of this, «know when you choose us, you are apart of a bigger picture, in creating hope for people across the global — years down the road. I can’t wait to meet you and make you feel like a million bucks!»
