Brian Payne of Payne Tile Installation started in the tile industry as an installer in 1988 while in high school. In 1990 Brian started working full time in Maryland for S.M. Hardesty Tile Inc. until moving to Pennsylvania in 2001 and starting Payne Tile Installation in 2004.

I started in the tile industry in 1988 working for S.M. Hardesty Tile Inc. in Maryland while attending High school. Graduating in 1990 I became a full time installer for Hardesty until 2004. Specializing in residential and new construction for 27 years I have developed long lasting relationships with contractors, homeowners and builders in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Dedicated to delivering beautiful long lasting, durable products and long lasting customer relationships,
