Opened in May 1988 by Alex Zackney. Mother of all Sports Bars. Now owned by Sheila Uekman and is the same neighborhood bar with all updated TV’s and bar.

I come here for free Texas Hold’em poker on Tuesday and Wednesday. Today I happen to be able to come for dinner and happy hour. They have great prices on their beers and a decent selection. Even in Texas I can’t get a Shiner Bock for $ 2 and an awesome steak with the best green beans I’ve ever tasted for just over $ 10. The service is great and it’s definitely a neighborhood bar. If you want to play darts or pool, they’ve got you covered. Music isn’t too loud and its a good selection for just about anyone. I strongly recommend Zach’s.

I am going to change my regular Little Rock hotel so I can walk here for dinner. Even tho I am from St Louis the regular Noontime Buzztime trivia players give me crap like I am a local.
The food is not healthy, it is delicious American fare. Beer’s cold and service is good. If you order the hot dogs with chili be prepared to eat 2 of them! The burgers are available as big and bigger. Last time I was in I saw a meatloaf plate which looked great and was dispatched with gusto by the lady who ordered it.
There is 1 guy here who, for reasons unexplained, «hates the Cardinals baseball team» and felt compelled to tell me so. I’ll keep going back and maybe he will tell me why.

My husband and I stopped in looking for Buzztime Trivia. There are tons of tvs, some not on tho. We had a great meal of tamales and a burger. The chef, I think his name was Chuck came out to see if we liked our food. Compliments to him! Erika, the bartender, could have been more attentive tho. Husband had empty beer stein too long and we had to find her to get tea refills too. Maybe we had «tourists» written all over us. Probably won’t come in again.

Highlights: Charlie the cook has been there over 20 yrs. Chat with him.
Bobbi, the blonde waitress, has been there probably almost as long & is one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had.
Lowlights: Interactions with other employees can be hit or miss at best.
It’s a great place to play darts, they have NTN, & free Texas Hold Em on Tuesday & Thursdays. Lots of TVs so great to watch the game – especially when the Hogs are on. Menu includes «home cookin» in addition to bar fare.

Came here with my nieces for lunch and was surprised to see that it is my kind of place! A little divey, roomy, and unpretentious. Not chain-​like as so many places are. Dark inside with pool tables, bar, and plenty of plastic picnic tablecloth covered tables.
They have menus on the table and a list of the specials and sides that they are offering that day on an easel. I got the turkey burger with cole slaw. the burger was fresh and juicy and the cole slaw was just okay. My niece got chicken fried steak, which she said was awesome.
I like this place because it seems like a solid neighborhood joint that keeps it simple and does it right. I’m a fan!

This place is exactly what I expected and wanted. Passing through little rock on my way cross country this place is just a chill bar with some okay beers. Didn’t try the food.

I went to Zack’s some because it was close to where I used to live. They do have good bar food… and not just bar type food. They have plate lunches and everything. They have good burgers and good curly fries. This is the only place I know of where you can get mini corn dogs. Do not eat deep fried food here if you are allergic to shellfish! They fry everything in the same fryer and you will get sick!
