Don’t know what everyone is talking about but I am traveling back home to California and needed an oil change and other services they said about an hour wait but only took 40min and back on the road! Service advisor Dennis F. Was nothing but friendly! Thank you! Ps I did not buy my Toyota from them and my service and my service is free due to my vehicle being new so they had nothing to gain!

This review is service department only. I would leave off any stars but for one employee who took the time no one else did. I called to get a part for my car ordered as I was letting family use the car for upcoming wedding weekend. Was told it would be a three or four days and install would be no problem. Six days (four business days) later I call to see if part is in and they put the phone down to check. I hear the guys in the background say that the ticket is still there and has yet to be «referred.» The man gets back on the phone and says it will be three or four more days… Clearly they have done nothing and I gave them the parameters in the initial call even stating my willingness to pay for expedited shipping.
The star is for the man who did take the time to provide me with dealerships around the country that MAY have the part. After calling California and Florida I found the part in Arizona and paid $ 70 for shipping on a $ 25 part.
Adding insult to injury, I was informed by the parts department that as soon as the part arrived to call and they would install. When part arrived I called to have it installed only to be told that they were booked that day. The GM stated that if I got the part to them they «may» be able to squeeze me in. After failing to honor their word on multiple occasions I wasn’t going to place my trust in them again and found another provider who had the part installed within an hour.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My parents just purchased a 2010 BMW 528i July 18 2013 on ebay and the dealer refuses to ship the car and is not responsive. We purchased the vehicle in San Diego. They keep telling us they can’t find anyone to ship the car. Seriously? The auto shipping market is huge! They will give you the run around and leave you stranded to figure out vehicle shipping on our own even after we paid for shipping!!! Don’t do business with this dealership. I recommend moving on to the next dealer.

Received an email from internet sales, my ex-​husband had recently stopped making his car payments and I had two cars and insurance payments, and was very concerned. I decided to find out if there were any options of me taking both cars in for trade and see if I could lower the payments. I called and left a message for the person that sent me an email, within 15 minutes I received a phone call from Phillip Aldenbeck and he was very friendly and helpful. I decided to take a trip to the dealership and see what options I had. Phillip met me and took the time to go over everything, I was able to trade both cars and left the lot the very next day with a brand new Corolla and still love it! Landers Toyota has a very professional and great team.

we got the best deal around after checking out other places, our salesman was great and the professionalism outstanding and we had a great time overall!

We’ve bought two cars from this particular dealership so far, and have no complaints at all. The place appears to run like a machine.

We were driving through Little Rock on our way to Dallas when an 18-​wheeler through a chunk of metal at our Prius. The passenger side airbags went off like an explosion and we thought our car was totaled. We took the car in to see if we could drive it on to Texas; and Angie and the crew at Landers Toyota were outstanding. They fixed the airbags so we could see to get home, checked over the car and gave us the go ahead to drive to Texas for final repairs… a bent frame!
Their professionalism and help made a bad situation tolerable and gave us the confidence to continue on our trip. Thanks… Landers Toyota. We made it home safely.
