Enjoyed a great massage today with Michelle. Scheduling was a breeze, the spa has a nice atmosphere, and I felt much more relaxed after having the knots and tension rubbed out of my neck and shoulders. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I thought the room they have you wait in after you change into your robe was weird. My robe fit me just ok(I’m not small, but I’m not plus size either) but it did not cover me well enough for me to be comfortable lounging in a coed space. Either make it more private, or get bigger robes. Yikes.

I get my lashes done here regularly. I’ve also had the couples massage which was nice. I give 4 stars because the waiting area could be more accommodating, considering their prices. If they could take out or move just a small section of the sell items and make a section just for us, it would feel more pleasant. I also give 4 stars simply because they are over priced. I’ve been to spa’s all over the world. They could stand to give more specials or lower their rates a tad.

I’ve had a facial and massage here, and both experiences have been great. They are always friendly when I call and have no problem rescheduling as long as it’s outside their cancellation period. Haven’t had to cancel yet! The place is clean and calming. Look forward to another massage!

If I could give less than a star, I would. Although I have always enjoyed services here in the past, they completely lost my business forever today when they called and canceled an appointment I made over a month ago(almost TWO months ago) for this upcoming Saturday. I have been looking forward to my «mothers day out» treat FOREVER. They tried to reschedule me for another day, but made no effort to reschedule me on the original day I booked, saying it was completely full now. As I am a stay at home mother and can’t get away often, and as I had a sitter arranged for the day of my massage, switching dates wasn’t an option. The reason they canceled? An employee called in sick(they canceled more than 48 prior to my appointment). It’s not my responsibility as the client to deal with«sick» employees(or those who just want a weekend off, which seemed much more plausible). A GOOD spa would have a contingency plan for these types of events. What if this had been a special couples massage for an anniversary? Or a wedding party getting all relaxed for the big event? Or just a client who needed less stress in her life?(That’s me!) I asked to speak to a manager and was told one could call me back… in TWOWEEKS. Wow. A whole new level of crazy. If you go off and leave your business for two weeks, you’d think you would leave it in the hands of someone capable of making business decisions and at least attempting to make a situation right. It was made clear to me that my being inconvenienced wasn’t their problem. Never again will I book with this business – my stress levels should be reduced when going to a spa, not tripled!

Save your time and money, skip this one! I was given the«Relaxing Getaway» as a gift. I had a day off during the week and decided to schedule it. While the massage was wonderful, the rest of the day was not. The body scrub with Vichy shower was not very pleasant and I found myself freezing because the room was cool and the water would not get very warm. The area to wait for my massage was also cold. The massage was great. The facial was nothing to write home about. I found myself waiting for the sales pitch. Lunch was takeout from Panera which I chose from the selected menu when I the appt was scheduled. I was then told to take my time with lunch. This was at noon. After finishing my lunch in another cold room(thankfully they turned the space heater on), I sat there… and sat there… after 45 minutes, I was told that my pedicure was not scheduled for another hour and 15 minutes! I asked to reschedule the pedicure and was told that I would have to pay for the it as they require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Long story short… my famiy paid $ 300+ for me to get a great massage and I left more stressed than when I walked in!
