The Mission of Pulaski Academy
Pulaski Academy is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school for preschool students through twelfth grade. The school is committed to academic excellence and intellectual growth balanced with opportunities for each student to develop ethically, physically, artistically, and socially in a vibrant educational environment.
History
Established in 1977.
Pulaski Academy’s foundation of excellence began in 1971 when the school welcomed its first group of 189 eager students onto its campus. Guided by a handful of equally eager faculty members, these PA student pioneers found themselves immersed in a college preparatory experience that was unique and extraordinary.
PA steadily grew as the years passed, attracting students with exceptional academic potential and a commitment to learning. Today, Pulaski Academy provides a quality education for approximately 1353 remarkable students. Despite its growth, PA has maintained its small-school ideology, spirit, and personality: those things that made the journey unique and extraordinary many decades before. At the heart of the experience is the relationship between the faculty and students, one built out of a commitment to nurture and challenge every student to reach his or her fullest potential.
