History

Established in 2007.

Moffitt & Phillips, PLLC was established in 2007 by Brandon Moffitt and Michael Phillips. The law firm began as a general practice law firm but has grown into a practice providing legal representation to Arkansans injured in auto and big truck accidents, car wrecks, wrongful death, and other injury cases.

Business Owner

Brandon, originally from Lexington, Tennessee, has been a resident of Arkansas since 2003 when he moved to Little Rock to attend the UALR Bowen School of Law. Since obtaining his law license, Brandon has been very active in the legal community including the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Brandon has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Bowen School of Law. Brandon is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Tennessee and represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
