I would not let GEORGE JETT’S GAS ANS SERVICE work on my lawn mower let alone my vehicle. We bought a 97 Suburban from GEORGE JETT 11 months ago that he said he had completely repaired and assured my wife and I the work was done right!!! On vacation last month in Utah 2500 miles from home we paid the Chevy dealership $ 350+to get the truck running, crossing fingers it would get us home safely. Cutting our vacation a week short, we drove across country immediately to GEORGE JETT to allow him to make things RIGHT. More than one (4) certified mechanics told us that GEORGE JETT’S work was poor and substandard. Wrong parts were used to replace the so called new heads. We found out from GEORGE JETT the work was done by his cashier Charles at his house.
HE SHOWED MY WIFE AND ME THE DOOR.
We spent another $ $ 365 to make the truck somewhat reliable. After paying over $ 700 were told by the local certified Chevrolet mechanic we should never drive it out of state again. GEORGE JETT’S attempt to replace the heads has done serious damage to our Suburban.
Done with him and his un trained, unknowledgeablel so called mechanics!!! The rocker arm parts for the «new heads» used by GEORGE JETT’S cashier Charles he had pulled them off a old 80’s model short block Chevy truck per the experts. The rocker arms were not Vortec as required for a 97 Suburban. So sad for us
Do not make the same COSTLY mistake that we did by taking GEORGE JETT at his WORD.

This is my go-​to auto shop for any automobile difficulty. I have been taking my 1999 Honca Civic here for standard upkeep and for minor repairs. The guys have always given me a fair quote and have provided exceptional service. And, if they say they will call when it’s done, they will. Amazing!
Last but not least, I recently sold my beloved Civic. To begin the selling process I called Jett’s first. Charles said he knew of a few people who were looking for a car like mine and picked up the phone to contact them. He even helped me price it and now it is sold.
These guys are solid.

After several recommendations, I took my Jeep to this place when it was overheating. I also mentioned the drivers side window wasn’t rolling down anymore. He let me drop it off that morning and called me the same afternoon with an estimate. I decided I couldn’t afford to do the window so he offered to put a block in it so it wouldn’t fall out, then did the thermostat work. SO NICE! These guys are quick and nothing but professional.
